The room was excellent and in a great location, staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

The elevators were atrociously slow. The signposting for the facilities and the carpark was poor (nearly impossible to find the indoor pool)

Wouldn’t stay here again, no cleaning service or wifi unless you paid and pretty shitty
Pros:

Location was good that’s about it

Cons:

Bathroom was so slippery, my daughter almost split her head open when she slipped over. Tiles are not non slip at all and so dangerous.
Cupboard doors barely opened as wheels were broken and couldn’t sit on tracks properly.
Staff were rude ( one cleaner especially) who called someone a fuckin idiot.
