We always stay at circle for the convenience and location whilst on the GC. Clean and spacious

We got the ocean view which is always nice.

Nothing to note really. The blinds could have blocked out a little more sun but that's it.

totally enjoyed everything it had to offer
Pros:

Location was perfect for us easy access to everything shops ,cafes, mono rail /tram ....etc
Room was spacious clean with all the amenities you need
View and position of the room was great morning sun and afternoon shade .

Cons:

The only issue we had along with everybody else was the elevator not working propely a real inconvenience
Otherwise wouldn't have changed anything

Bedroom air con didn't work. Very shabby apartment. Lounge chair had stains on it. Blankets were stained. Shower door broken. I have stayed there for many years now and feel the standard has definitely gone done.

It was very good and very relaxing the bed could be better
Pros:

The rooms where very nice very modern and very big

Cons:

The lifts being repaired at the moments caused some issues and the beds being 2 king singles pushed together caused some uncomfortable nights sleeps

Really loved the pools. The bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen.

The only thing I didn’t like about my room was the lounge smelt like pee and it felt like it was covered in dust mites.

Didnt get what i booked and paid extra for, beds were terrible, elevator issues where a nightmare.

I specifically booked a 2 bedroom unit wit 2 double beds, reached out about 10 days prior to booking to confirm the double beds in each room but was met with silence. Communication was there around payment, but they avoided answering or confirming 2 double beds, and of course, once i checked in and got to the room, no double bed in the second room, and the "double bed in the main room, was 2xsingles pushed together, and was a horrendous bed to sleep on, with uneven singles together, very disappointing. The elevators for the duration of our stay were also a complete joke, waiting up to 20mins on numerous occasions and sharing lifts eventually with a lot of very disgruntled holiday makers made for a very negative experience.
