It was very good and very relaxing the bed could be better
Pros:

The rooms where very nice very modern and very big

Cons:

The lifts being repaired at the moments caused some issues and the beds being 2 king singles pushed together caused some uncomfortable nights sleeps

Really loved the pools. The bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed in the kitchen.

The only thing I didn’t like about my room was the lounge smelt like pee and it felt like it was covered in dust mites.

Didnt get what i booked and paid extra for, beds were terrible, elevator issues where a nightmare.

Location is great.

Cons:

I specifically booked a 2 bedroom unit wit 2 double beds, reached out about 10 days prior to booking to confirm the double beds in each room but was met with silence. Communication was there around payment, but they avoided answering or confirming 2 double beds, and of course, once i checked in and got to the room, no double bed in the second room, and the "double bed in the main room, was 2xsingles pushed together, and was a horrendous bed to sleep on, with uneven singles together, very disappointing. The elevators for the duration of our stay were also a complete joke, waiting up to 20mins on numerous occasions and sharing lifts eventually with a lot of very disgruntled holiday makers made for a very negative experience.

View and location was great

Cons:

Our key for the elevator didn’t work correctly, it would take us up and down the elevator but wouldn’t stop at level 40 making our children quite sick. Reception told us I had to speak to security about it however we had to find them ourselves in another building, they weren’t there and had to try and call them to be told they couldn’t do anything.
Room needs upgrading, lots of things broken which leaves the groom feeling untidy and doesn’t make us want to come back. Kids park is small and outdated

Pros:

Location was perfect and staff were lovely too. Parking was secure and convenient for what it's worth. We had beautiful views of the riverside and thoroughly enjoyed the clean pools, gaming room and gym.

Cons:

One lift wasn't working, which added atleast another 15minutes to lift wait time.
The blinds were not blockout at all. The room was bright and sunny at 05:30am meaning my 2.5yr old was not getting his normal sleep or naps.
The dishwasher in our room was leaking water. It was out of business hrs so we just notified and asked for towels to contain the leakage - we were given already Wet towels (?seemed to have been used).

There was a used condom under the bed, lip stick without a lid found under the bedside table, there was marks all over the walls, there was spots of blood on our sheets and only one towel in the room and the fact there was only one working elevator which made us miss our dinner reservation as we were waiting for it for over 20 minutes and couldn’t even walk down the stairs

Over all it was a very enjoyable experiacne wīl definatly book again

The room was super nice and alot of space , loscation of the property was super convient and extramly acessible to outaide shops and things to do

Cons:

After letting our bath out their was alot of dirt or fluff in the tub after we had used the jets and let the water out. I was unsure where thst came from
