It was our first time in Riga and the first time in a 5-star hotel, so we did not have many expectations, so we were impressed. Our stay was great, the location is perfect for exploring the old town, but the hotel building itself and the decorations are impressive as well, it felt like we are a royal couple. The staff members were very friendly and accomodating, the room was clean, and the bed was REALLY comfortable, great to rest after all day walking around the city, and we enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Fint og autentisk hotel. Super senge og personale. Morgenmaden var ikke som forventet af et femstjernet hotel.

Old-style aristocratic hotel (not authentic but looks like it). Overall impression a little dusty but with atmosphere, close to the green park belt. Stayed in superior room 3rd floor, nice classical décor. Functional room and bathroom with heated floor. Comfy bed.

Hotel lies directly at busy streets but the room was quiet with windows facing the neighboring house. However, during night it turned out that (very loud) sounds from the corner room upstairs were easily heard, like being in the same room. Obviously due to thin floor separation/insulation. Breakfast very basic. Cleaning in restaurant so-so. Definitely not 5 stars. Didn’t check spa. Polite front desk service

Gallery park hotel Riga.. Just wanted express all my disappointment to have trusted in the staff of this hotel to organize my event. The biggest day of my life that was my wedding was completely damage by the Unprofessional work of the staff and more by the way of the manager herself.that décide to be Absent during the event. The quality of the food was not real honored of a 5star hotel. It s a place that for the building himself and the déco honor the 5star 100%but for the quality of service and knew how of the staff. I just let you have that experience... Damage that you ll have to pay the high price for that. Good luck.
PS I search other opinions and about the kitchen they don't have a chef and really the quality of food is far away from should be. A gastronomic meal forget you ll not find there I advise take a taxi and go outside for a class meal . I found other opinión negative in fb.i really think those stars should be revised

Nice old style hotel from 50s. Rooms are huge with all amenities included. A bottle of water every day and access to spa+sauna. Breakfast is a la carte but only the omelete was worth it for me. All the other staff very basic, for sure not a 5 star hotel breakfast. When I visited the hotel I have the impression I was the only guest (for sre there were more, but not many). Staff friendly and accommodating. 5 minutes walking to the city center. Wifi was good and fast.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious. The hotel felt like it was from another time - more formal than we expected given the cost.

Great location as everything is walking distance but stay was tarnished by being given a twin room for my partner and I, despite emailing in advance requesting something appropriate for a couple. The staff then did nothing to resolve the issue because the only doubles they had available were "too expensive". I'm still yet to have a reply to my email.

Breakfast options were average, fruit was rotten.

Shower products not replenished.

Spa is clean but very small. Gym was a room with a treadmill and some small weights in.

朝食は7時30分からでしたが準備ができてなかったのはちょっと不満です
朝7時くらいにチェックアウトしようとするとロビーのソファーでコンシェルジュが仮眠してましたw

We enjoyed our stay at The Gallery Park Hotel enormously. It's located just ten min walk from old town through a beautiful park along the canal and right near the Art Nouveau district and trendy Elisabeta St.
It's a stunning hotel, super clean and beautifully quirky with very Fri staff. Arthur welcomed us and gave us some really in depth advice on our itinerary. He was always very kind and helpful. As was George the bar tender. We felt very welcome. The spa was amazing too, so pretty and again spotless. We loved breakfast too, a great spread. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it. Thanks for a great stay .

One of the best hotels I have ever visited. I really fun of food so I found a lot of tasty dishes in the local restaurant. Of course there was a beautiful view. Comfortable rooms are also great. Next time visit it again. That’s all!

The hotel was nice in every way: very good service, confortable and spacious room and luxury athmosphere. Location near the old town was good. Only 10-15 minutes walk to the old town through lovely parks.

I was in this hotel on 28 june - 1 july. I really liked it. Cool service and good location. I really recommend. And of course price - for such a hotel it has a real low prices. If u go to riga this hotel is a good choice for you

I would like to thank Hotel for our staying in Riga.
- At first we really was surprised when we saw fantastic decor. Most of the Hotel's premises and rooms have high hand-painted ceilings, firepalces and beautiful antique chandeliers.
- Good location. Hotel is situated in Riga’s historic center.
- ULTRA friendly, welcoming staff and an excellent attention to details.
- I recommend to try room service. Very bountiful menu to select from.
- Finally it’s good SPA. There are swimming pool with a jet-stream and hydro massage and sauna.

Gallery Park Hotel is true luxury 5-star service with affordable price!

Hotel is clean, staff were superb throughout our stay. Arturs at front desk especially made our stay that much more effortless and I commend him on that - he actually greeted us on the steps of the hotel and walked us in! Our car was quickly dispensed of into valet parking and we were in our room within 5-10 mins of arriving(IE able to start relaxing almost straight away)
There was an excellent choice at their onsite restaurant meaning we didn’t need to leave the hotel and meaning we could fully unwind.
Breakfast waiters were particularly good the next day and pretty responsive, courteous, well mannered with most speaking fluent English, Latvian, Russian and some German.
Fresh food served at breakfast however if I could make a constructive comment, I would recommend that the hotel revisits how they serve fried eggs as this looked a bit of a mess when it arrived and is not something i could applaud as although it looked appetizing, it did not taste as good, sausages looked like they were taken out of a bag and straight in a pot. Maybe a review of the breakfast menu, the way it’s cooked and presentation.

Other than this, the hotel is superb and worth spending the additional few euros especially in Riga as we have stayed in plenty of hotels here and this literally is 10 steps above the rest!

5 star boutique hotel, in a beautiful old building, near Riga's beautiful Old Town and next to Esplanade Park. Everything from lobby to room was clean and stylish. Service was polite and professional, except their bar, where friendly young waitress had her 1st week behind bar counter :) . Free Wi-Fi was fast, bed real comfy, air conditioning was working and their breakfast was excellent. Considering their location and high standards, prices were reasonable and they deserve their 5 stars.

Charming small Jugend style hotel located in a calm embassy area in walking distance to old town. Staff pleasant and service minded in general and helpful with restaurant bookings and advice on what to do while in Riga.

Spent 3 days in town for some music shows and recordings. Perfect place to rest properly and load batteries. Everything is clean and shiny, employees treat you with a smile in their face and smells good everywhere.
Amazing food offer with healthy options, fresh ingredients and nice presentation. They have pretty good red wines from spaniard point of view.
Would recommend it for sure, left with a smile and the feeling of money well spent.
