Pros:

We love staying here when our little one has to have surgery. We love the rooms, pool, hot tub and rhe staff is great and helpful! Would recommend this Hotel to everyone!

Dirty, flithy, don’t do it
Pros:

Location was ok, the room was so dirty. As I went to pull the sheets back I notice There was pubic hairs laying on the sheet along with dirt granules. The pillow cases were not cleaned as well. I ask for new sheets they said no house keeping there I said I’ll make the bed. After removing sheets and blankets that were disgusting. I realized the mattress pad had spots and wasn’t stretched on the mattress. Then placing the spotted mattress pad on I noticed huge spots on the mattress. I was scared to death to sleep in the bed afraid of bugs. Nothing was vacuumed bathroom I’d be ashamed. Pubic hair everywhere it honestly was yucky. Do not recommend . They need to do some serious cleaning

Pros:

Beds were cozy, food was decent.

Cons:

No free breakfast, pool was down when we stayed, I called 2 days prior to my stay and asked about the pool, they said it was open, when we got there it was closed down, I get it, pools need maintenance but my child was not a happy camper. We were there for a doctor appointment visit and drove 2 hours

Pros:

Breakfast was very good and it was included in our stay. However the other meals where not satisfactory. We stay here every year sometimes twice a year the food was always very good for hotel food.

Cons:

Room wasn't very clean, actually had garbage in one of our trash cans. Degree and visible debris on carpet
