Newly renovated! Our room was fresh and clean. They included a lot of outlets. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly, ample parking, and in addition to the breakfast buffet they provided to go breakfast bags.
Nothing
Sort of off the beaten path-East Hartford- but clean and comfortable
It wasn’t as close to our destination as we thought.
The room was decent and clean, everything upto the expected standard.
The only hotel I stay in while I’m going through the Manchester Hartford area in Connecticut. All right blogs about hotels and this one surpass my every expectation.
Propreté et confort, silencieux, piscine et petit déjeuner

I was basically told I would be kicked out due to kids crying because they was afraid after witnessing another child having a asthma attack they .after witnessing a asthma episode once everything was ok they appeared to be overly excited by hugging and talking about the situation by laughing and I was told I would be kicked out due to the noise when I been a longtime costumer at this same location for years and never have I ever experienced anything like this before so I won't be booking/ staying at this location again i was disgusted and unhappy about false accusations.
Staff was great and friendly.

My floor was redone and beautiful, and so clean. Close to the airport. Parking was free. The front desk person, Jasmine was AWESOME. She did a great job handling a disturbance from another room on my floor. Thank you Jasmine!! She was accessible via text, and I felt very taken care of.
The gym was down due to remodeling, so that was unfortunate. There was a group of teenagers that had booked a room for a birthday party (their grandmother booked the room) I was disturbed and unable to sleep for a good part of the night. Due to an early flight, this substantially impacted my day. There were about 14 teenage boys and girls arguing/hanging out loudly by the elevator well which was right outside my room. This happened throughout the night, despite the police coming to settle them early in the night. Perhaps have the property review the booking and be more strict with who is coming in the hotel. Jasmine did all she could. So thankful for her.
Very comfortable; friendly staff, close to highway on-ramps
Almost in need of a furnishings update. Not near restaurants, but door dash works
There were no luggage carts. We are in ur 70s and this was a real difficuolty for us. The staff tried to find one but couldn't, and they did not offer to help us. We had a digital key so went to the 2nd floor, and the elevator door there was blocked by tape becaused the whole floor was closed and under construction. We returned (with our luggage) to the front desk and told the desk clerk. She seemed bewildered at first., but finally assigned us a room on the 3rd floor (still no luggage carts or assistance). It was renovated and loooked nice, but there were many problems with it. The TV didn’t work (not connected to internet) and we had to call and have someone connect it, the shower floor was damaged (old base? damaged on installation?), the manufacturer stickers were still on the doors, and there were a couple of dead gnats on the floor. The bathroom door squeaks LOUDLY. The plug for the sink was broken and lying on its side in the sink. The dining area was disgusting. Upholstered furniture covered in food and other stains. I realize this propeorty is under construction., but we should have been alerted about all this when we made the reservation & we wouold not have booked here.
The friendly check-in. The newness of it all. The hotel is over construction, and the look and smell of new carpet and paint helped to look past the construction sites 😀
