360 Degree Beach Retreat

Hotel eher ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße.
An manchen Abenden hört man allerdings die Livemusik der Bars.

Zimmer sind ganz gut.
Große bequeme Betten, Kühlschrank, Minibar,Handtücher schöner Balkon.
Allerdings kein Safe!
Bad sehr schön.

Aussicht ist leider alles andere als schön!
Müllberge direkt neben dem Hotel.
Daher waren wir auch nicht am Pool, da es da übel stinkt.
Aber Strand ist auch eh viel schöner :o)
Weg zum Strand sind 3-5 min.
Allerdings ist auch dieser sehr unschön.
Müll,Müll, Müll.... (Indien halt)
Am Strand ist es dafür aber sehr sauber.

Frühstück ist leider nicht wirklich zu empfehlen.
Man bekommt auf Wunsch Omelette und Toast.
Sehr kleines Buffet mit 2-3 warmen einheimischen Gerichten.
Das war's!
Keine Wurst , kein Käse Joghurt o.ä.

Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Vor allem das Zimmereinigungspersonal !

WLAN nicht immer verfügbar.

Too overpriced.. we paid around 7.5k for the room. It's not worth of that. It's just another budget hotel. I would recommend if given in price of 3-4.5 k

УЖЕ 5-Й ГОД ОТДЫХАЕМ В ЭТОМ ОТЕЛЕ В КАНДОЛИМЕ! ОТЕЛЬ НА ПЕРВОЙ ЛИНИИ ОТ ПЛЯЖА-ВЫШЕЛ С ОТЕЛЯ И СРАЗУ НА ПЛЯЖЕ! НОМЕРА ОТЛИЧНЫЕ,БАССЕЙН ,ЕСТЬ ИНТЕРНЕТ -ВСЕ РАБОТАЕТ ОТЛИЧНО! ЗАВТРАКИ ШИКАРНЫЕ !ПЯТЫЙ ГОД ЕЗДИМ СЮДА КАК НА ДАЧУ -СЛАВА БОГУ СЕРВИС НЕ УХУДШАЕТСЯ ,ВСЕГДА ВСЕ ХОРОШО!

Top located cosy and clean hotel close to the beach with wonderful staff.

the hotel is bit tidy , when u start, it ends next to it ,if u are beach lover then that the place to stay or else its like a hut next to the beach in better version , apart from nothing much to say but the location matters its in a good location of beach hearted lover hotel .

we did not love it it would have been taken a bit more space as the price they are asking .

Good and comfortable hotel to stay in. If you are looking for a resort with a lot of moving spaces, this is not the place. But if you are looking for a place that is comfortable, very close to the beach, with good food, friendly staff that can make you feel welcome, then this is the place. The rooms are nice, modern and stylish bathrooms. Wish the rooms were a little bigger and the balconies had a nicer view. Typical to sandy goa, you would sand spill your room. But the staff have been accommodating to clean anytime you need.

Good place, conveniently located in Candolim, a better place to stay in away from the crowd yet closer.

While the hotel is very well located however the rooms have tubs only which makes it so dick to get into and out that you are sure to injure yourself.... The cleanliness has a lot to be desired ...

Overall an average experience at a luxury hotel price.

Expensive for what you get... The room itself was small however clean and very modern, the location is great for the Candolim strip of restaurants & bars. However our balcony overlooked a building site which from 9-6pm was a consistent noise!!! We asked to move rooms & they wouldn't let us. There is also a rubbish tip next to the restaurant which attracts crows & cows.

Overhaul super location, nice hotel, ask for first floor sea view room, makes the stay far better.....hotel a bit tired, sun beds uncomfy to lie on and breakfast ok.....wud stay again but only in first floor sea view room as that makes the location fantastic.......

Really i feel that is nice place to stay. Better part they have very limited guest so they care us.

Location - Possibly the best one can get in Goa - and - right on one of the best beaches in Goa.
Room - Nicely done & maintained.
Staff - Nice and courteous.
Amenities - Excellent - including a clean swimming pool and a roof with a nice view.
Restaurant - The menu could do some tweaking. But was good over all.

In all, an excellent experience for myself and my family.... Will certainly go back when I can...

Did Not received the room Booked on The Website .Booked It For sea Facing room But Got Some other room Over There .

Though the hotel has only 12 rooms, it is a hidden gem. Has full spa, pool and restaurant. Very helpful staff. Clean hotel. Nice, modern accessories. wi-fi could be better.

WE had a wonderful stay with very kind staff looking after us. We would recommend the hotel to any age group. We have ticked this of our bucket list of places to go and see and would say to anyone when you get there don't forget to see the waterfalls and swim below them as this was the best trip for us one we won't forget, as for the other trips a complete waste of money. The hotel is on the beach and set back from the madness of the main street, the breakfast was very good and anything you asked for was no trouble, we would say if you can afford it book a sea view on the second floor over looking the pool, you won't be disappointed.
