Direkt neben dem Flughafen, zu Fuß erreichbar

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas kalt, Lüftung lief auf vollen Touren ohne Änderung der Temperatur

Cons:

Mir wurde keine Flasche Wasser gestellt.
Morgens um 8 h stand am Sonntag bereits das Reinigungsteam im Zimmer und hat mich aus dem Schlaf gerissen.

Sehr gut geeignet für An- und Abreise mit dem Flugzeug, da die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist.
Pros:

Nähe zum Flughafen, gut zu Fuß erreichbar - nur etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten bis zum Terminal.

Cons:

Dieses Mal wurde mir leider beim Einchecken nicht gleich das Wasser angeboten - erst auf Nachfrage, bei einer anderen Mitarbeiterin.
Schade, sollte immer und von jedem angeboten werden.

Die Heizung war im Zimmer nicht einstellbar trotz verstellbaren Thermostaten. Scheinbar zentral gesteuert und für mich deutlich zu kalt eingestellt.

Zwischen Check-in-Chaos und Sylvester schock
Pros:

Obwohl im Vorfeld alles besprochen und zugesagt war, bekamen wir ein völlig falsches Zimmer. An Silvester zu später Stunde eine absolute Hiobsbotschaft – denn mal eben woanders unterkommen? In Hamburg um diese Zeit völlig ausgeschlossen. Man fühlt sich in dem Moment ziemlich ausgeliefert, zumal der Empfang anfangs alles andere als freundlich war.
Die Wende:
Ein großes Lob an den einen Mitarbeiter, der das Ruder herumgerissen hat! Er hat trotz des massiven Ärgers alles gegeben und uns in einem anderen Zimmer untergebracht, das 'halbwegs akzeptabel' war. Der Versöhnungs-Drink war eine nette Geste und bitter nötig, um den Puls wieder unter 200 zu bringen. Danke dafür.
Das Haus & Die Lage:
Zimmer: Wenn man dann mal drin ist: Schickes Design, gewohnt schönes Zimmer und ein angenehm großer Fernseher.
Lage: Die Nähe zum Flughafen ist top. Wir fanden die 15 Minuten Fußweg völlig okay, aber wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist oder schweres Gepäck hat, sollte das auf dem Schirm haben – für uns war es ein guter kleiner Marsch.

Cons:

Ein Mitarbeiter hat unseren Abend gerettet, während die Organisation im Vorfeld und die Unfreundlichkeit beim Check-in eigentlich die Feierlaune ruiniert hätten. Wer hier bucht, kriegt ein tolles Hotel, sollte aber beim Check-in standhaft bleiben!"Die Preise haben sich drastisch erhöht, so dass wir in Zukunft andere Hotels bevorzugen werden.

Top Lage und Preis-Leistung👌🏻
Pros:

Top Lage beim Airport und Holiday Parking (8-9).
Zum Airport ca.15 min zu Fuß, Taxi 5min. Trotz der Nähe ist es ruhig. Gute Isolierung. Mitm Bus+ U-Bahn ist man in 20 min in der City. Nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Tæt på lufthavnen. Gode parkeringsfaciliteter. Let transport ind/ud af byen.

Cons:

Værelset var en del mindre, end det så ud til på billederne. Man skulle næsten kante sig rund om sengen.
