Im Badezimmer waren vereinzelt Haare am Fußboden, was darauf schließen lässt, dass das Badezimmer nur dürftig gereinigt worden ist.

Des Weiteren war die Duschstange lose und der Abzugslüfter hat nicht funktioniert.
