Decent hotel, great breakfast but unwelcoming

Decent hotel, great breakfast, room space is big. Some employees are nice

Cons:

Cleaning ladies took a bag of food from my room, no one could explain what happened to it. Also, you need to specifically ask for your room to be cleaned, and they won't tell you that when you arrive. Personnel is mostly cold and unwelcoming

Cons:

The first room was a handicap rm. It was dark dirty and mold all around the base of the shower. We got a different rm that wasn’t very clean and it also had some stains and mold in the shower. Wouldn’t stay there again.

It was mediocre.

That it was close to most places

Cons:

There was no shower gel in the bathroom only soap. No new fresh towels without asking for them. We had a funeral and our aunt wanted us to stay with her after her husband passed and the rest of the family left. We didnt spend the night that night and got charged full day. I called the Manager Christy even and there was nothing that she could do she said.
