The location. We were in town to visit family that was staying at the campground behind the hotel.
The room they initially put us in was absolutely filthy. The sheets were dirty. There was hair and food debris all over the sheet. There was food all over the floor, there was urine all over the toilet seat. There was food all over due counter top and in the sink. The microwave was filthy, the refrigerator was filthy and the ac wasn’t blowing cold. The room they transferred us to was a little cleaner. There were still food droppings in the fridge and freezer. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned. We should not have to clean a room before we stay there.

There was no breakfast. The location was good.
Room 109 has a toilet that continuously runs. Not much of a kitchenette. The beds were very uncomfortable! No chair to sit, so had to sit on the bed.
The location being close to the venue we were attending was probably the only convenience of our stay
Bed sheets were on upside down, chair cushions were backwards, bathroom was not well cleaned, toilet in my room stopped flushing and was near overflowing, a relative staying in an adjoining room had the same issue & the public restroom on the first floor was locked and unavailable for use. Its clear effort was not put in any aspects of hospitality.. Only ONCE did I see anyone managing the front desk during my 2 day stay. Ghost town. Hallway smelled like a weird mix of syrup, weed, and urine.
It was a convenient location, and the beds were clean and comfortable.
The overall cleanliness of the room was not great. Toilet had problems, the sink had problems, and it smelled funny.
Staff was amazing. Hot water did not work well in the shower or tub. Was there mostly to sleep but after a long day a hot shower would have been great. Cobwebs to be expected but for this kind of hotel, I'd expect less of them.
The rooms had an odd smell and we woke up in the room and everything was moist

Terrible experience and definitely not what expected, found loads of hair between the mattress and box spring. A hair ball on the floor behind the toilet. The cover for the light socket behind the bed was missing. No staff at front desk a night or in the morning until after 9:30-10am. It’s MOST definitely not what is shown in the pictures. I even called hotels. Com and complained. The rugs walking down the halls were VERY stained not all the way down and stapled to the floor.
