Excellent value and spotlessly clean, with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Very good value, despite it being marathon day.
Check in was friendly and professional. I felt like the staff already had an idea of what I might need and were trying to accommodate the needs of the runners staying there.
Room was spotless and very comfortable.

Cons:

Sound proofing wasn’t amazing, considering I was on top floor of a relatively new building. But I still got a great night’s sleep.
No coffee pod machine in room, which has, I think, become something offered quite often by hotels now. Having said that, the hotel restaurant was open very early, so coffee needs were easily met.

I wouldn’t let either issue put me off staying again.
