Please note that on Stadium MK event days, such as MK Dons home football matches, the hotel, car park and immediate vicinity will be busier than normal. This tends to be during Tuesday evenings between 18:30 until 19:45, 21:30 until 22:30 and Saturdays 14:00 until 15:00 and 17:00 and 18:00. Please just ask for more information.

Due to football regulations live games cannot be viewed from bedrooms; guests must have a valid match ticket.

The hotel may pre-authorize the guest's card for any extras that may be charged to the room during your stay. Please provide information to the front desk on how you will pay for any extras.

First impression not so good, but the staff rectify it
Pros:

We were assigned to the wrong room. After getting this to the staff attention they changed but not until later in the evening, once it was sorted the room was nice, clean and spacious.

Brilliant Hotel
Pros:

Charming check in, including a warm cookie! Super room, very comfortable, well appointed, amazing shower! Fabulous range of food at breakfast. Super customer service everywhere. Highly recommende

Delight, clean and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Very clean rooms and hotel. Love the cookies we got on arrival. Room beautiful. Shower was excellent didn’t want to get out. Pillows could be a bit more hard but that’s personal preference only. Breakfast was delicious

After moving rooms new room was very cold and took ages to warm up. Dirty towel in bathroom

Cons:

They should have disclosed you have to pay for parking. It is reduced as you are staying at the hotel
