We really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to MRT, buses and Tiong Bahru Hawker Centre. Tiong Bahru Plaza about a ten minute walk away. Friendly neighbourhood vibe.

Cons:

Suggest a small fridge and kettle in the room.

Nice hotel in a great location
Pros:

This hotel was very comfortable and there is a nice, relaxed local feel to the area. Situated in a great location--it was next door to a bus stop and a very short walk to the MRT (metro) station, with two other stations also a very walkable distance. We took the MRT from the airport rather than the high priced taxis. It is also close enough to walk to Chinatown.
We chose the King bed room in order to have a bit more space and it was perfect. Singapore hotel prices are astronomically high (3 times the price of neighbouring Malaysia) and this hotel provided good value. The bed was super comfy and had nice pillows. The a/c runs very cold. Lots of hot water in the shower for your mornings.
The staff were very friendly and competent.

Pros:

The location is great, it’s in the heritage Tiong Bahru area, nearby Havelock MRT (also Tiong Bahru MRT is a 10 min. walk away) .
Tiong Bahru market with an authentic food court and lots of restaurants in the area.

Cons:

Everything about room decor feels nostalgic ;)
However, rooms are clean, and given Singapore’s high hotel rates, this hotel is a good option.

Location was good, easy walking to transport links and selection of restaurants very close by.
Staff very friendly and helpfull.

Cons:

Coffee m/c in foyer turned off to early in the evening
Filtered water dispenser not working until last day of stay and then kettle disappeared out of room. Maybe water dispenser provided hot water but too late to find out.

Comfortable but small hotel in a cute suburb
Pros:

Location is good - opposite a large hawker centre but a little distance from the centre of SG. The staff were really helpful with local suggestions. There is free coffee & tea available in the morning from a vending machine which had surprisingly nice instant tea!

Cons:

The rooms & bathrooms are really small and one of the bedrooms we had you could only enter the bed from one side as the other side was next to the wall.

Camera non insonorizzata, non potevo aprire la finestra. Pulizia non ottimale, soprattutto del pavimento.
Non ho chiesto di pulire la stanza ogni giorno, in quanto non era necessario. Tuttavia, quando richiesto, 2 bottigliette di acqua venivano lasciate in stanza. Una sera ho dimenticato di comprare l'acqua e ho chiesto cortesemente una bottiglietta. Sembrava avessi chiesto l'impossibile. Mi aspettavo più gentilezza, in più che ho prenotato l'hotel per due settimane

Near perfect stay in Tion Bahru

Location & pool.

Cons:

Had to shop for a universal charger as there are no USB ports or universal outlets in the room. Was loaned 2 from reception but neither worked, so found one at Tiong Bahru Market for $35!!! I visit Singapore at least twice a year and haven’t needed a Universal charger since 2016.

Pros:

God beliggenhed lige ved Havelock station og foodmarked. Dejligt med lille pool på tagterrasse.

While small like everything in Singapore, the room was still of decent size. Staff was friendly and amicable, enjoyed chatting with them and getting tips. Nice little pool. Nice center with busy and affordable local food stalls next door.

Cons:

No major downsides. While it's not the most central place ever, there's an MRT train station 5 minutes away and most places are 15 min by taxi/Grab.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to local food market. Very friendly staff; they let us check in a bit earlier and we could store luggage after the check out. Swimming pool was clean although area around it could be arranged better to be more inviting, i.e., more seats, plants, etc. The room was smaller than expected but since we stayed two nights, it did not bother us too much. The bed was very comfortable. It was a pity windows were not openable (probably due to the AC); it would have been nice to have an option to hear the buzz of the city from the hotel room. Hot water and excellent water flow in the shower.
