On July 19, 2025, the government will conduct public gas rectification maintenance outside the hotel premises. During this time, guests may experience noise disturbances between 15:00 and 21:00. Additionally, the hot water supply may be affected from 23:00 to 06:00.

スタッフの対応が良かった。シンガポールの物価からすると、この価格はしかたないのかも。

Cons:

近隣店舗からの夜間騒音。ひどくはないが、気になる。エアコンからの吹き出しが、ちょうどベッドにくる。枕が高すぎて困った。翌朝、清掃の方に代えてもらった。窓が開かず、表が見えず、密閉感がある（近隣との関係で、こうなっているようです）。予算からするとやむをえないのかも。

Great location, nice pool to cool off in the afternoon. Very comfy bed and good pillows! Nice and quiet as well.

Wonderful welcome to Singapore!
Pros:

Very friendly staff and we liked the boutique, personalised service rather than the bland welcome on offer from the major hotel chains.
We loved the residential area rather than a tourist hotspot. Would highly recommend

Cons:

We would have liked a kettle in the room rather than having to get boiling water from the machine in the corridor but this is a very minor point
