직원분들이 친절하고 영어를 잘 하셔서 소통에 문제 없었습니다.
위치도 역 바로 앞이고 혼숙을 해서 숙소가 작다고도 못 느꼈습니다.

Cons:

무료 조식은 빵이랑 주스, 국 뿐이라 아쉬웠지만 그래도 조식이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다

The best location for Tokyo near train and Shinjuku two stops away. There was a 24/7 family mart next to the hotel all the staff spoke very good English

Although it was the only hotel to offer smoking area it was really small and smelled very bad. Also room was really small but in Tokyo it is considered standard ...

More than I expected.
Pros:

Very good location, easy access to all major places with subway. Very good customer services with friendly staff. I stayed Sakura Hotel in Ikebukuro before, but Hatagaya is my choice from now on. I recommend this hotel 100%.
