Pros:

The hotel was quite good. My room was in the annexe building (a separate building at the back of the main hotel), which had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood just a couple of stations away from the bustling Shibuya area.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic.

Pros:

La gente muy amable y servicial. Te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. El desayuno muy básico pero muy rico el pan.Tiene un costo extra pero no es costoso

Es todo diferente a lo que conocemos. Habitaciones chicas y costosas pero en todo Tokio es así. Nos dieron una habitación grande porque éramos 4 y teníamos 3 camas cuchetas. En eso estuvo bueno

➡️住宿地點離地鐵站走路5分鐘內即可抵達，都是平坦地面
➡️單人房空間算足夠，行李箱能夠攤開
➡️飯店內有電梯，可以在日本盡情爆買
➡️員工態度真的很好，也很貼心，我check in那天下著大雨，全身幾乎都濕了，他立刻提供毛巾給我擦乾
➡️飯店有提供加購早餐的選項，菜單看起來非常健康

Cons:

➡️剛開空調的時候有很大的怪聲，但後來就不見了，不確定是偶然還是本來就這樣
➡️衛浴空間非常有限，不過日本大部分的飯店都是這樣，一個人住的話將就一下沒問題

立地がいい、便利。
Pros:

立地：駅から徒歩３分、周囲には商店街やスーパーもあり滞在には困らない。
新宿駅からも徒歩３０分かからないぐらいなので、歩いていくことも可能。

朝食付き：トーストとコーヒー/ドリンクしかないが、朝食をあまり食べない人にとってはちょうどいい。

Cons:

部屋にティッシュ等は置いていない。レセプションであらかじめ頼まなければいけない。
（チェックインの際に教えてもらえると助かります。）
また、部屋にポットはないので、パッと飲み物が欲しくなった場合は1階食堂まで行く必要があり。
（これも、チェックインの際に教えてもらえると助かります。）

設備は古くて必要最低限だが、泊まるだけと思えば許容範囲。
コスパは良くも悪くも普通。
