Great staff. Facilities in desperate need of an upgrade.
Pros:

It was in a nice suburban area in Tokyo.

Cons:

It was old, the beds and mattresses were old and for the money it was bit sad that the hotel hasn’t attempted to upgrade their beds. I’ve stayed in much cheaper and better business style accommodation before and the beds were so much better - despite being an old hotel.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est tout prêt de family mart et de la station de métro

Cons:

Les chambres sont extrêmement petites et pas du tout isolées, on pouvait entendre nos voisins ronfler pendant la nuit.

Pros:

閑静な住宅街にありながらスーパー、その他飲食店も近くまた駅も徒歩5分程度で新宿へも4駅程とかなりアクセスが良いと感じた。
スタッフの方も愛想がよく、今回、食堂は朝食のみの利用でしたがライ麦パンが中々美味しかったのでまた機会があれば夜も利用したいと思います。
下記欠点を加味しても1人旅なら充分すぎる良心的なホテルなので友人にも勧められます。

Cons:

1人でダブルベッドを使わせていただいた手前申し訳ないのですが、強いて挙げるなら荷物を整理するスペースが少なかった。特にテーブルに備品、テレビを集中させているためほぼ物が置けない点です。

素泊まりなので大満足
Pros:

駅から近く、周りにコンビニやカフェ、飲食店が多い。スタッフが笑顔で対応してくれます。

Cons:

ベッドのマットレスが柔らかすぎる。部屋の備品が古い。朝食はもう少し何かあると良い。
