Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt ,es gibt soviele Märkte und Restaurantsin der Nähe die echt günstig sind im Vergleich zu Touristenbezirken. Auch die Metrostation ist direkt ein paar Meter weiter vorhanden.
Die Angestellten des Hotels waren echt fürsorglich. Zudem werden die Zimmer sehr sauber gehalten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte man etwas ausweiten, viel Auswahl war nicht vorhanden. Das wäre der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Fantastic staff and location.
Pros:

Fantastic location! The staff are excellent. Perfect english and super helpful with any request. Great laundry room and being on a high floor made for a very quiet stay. The room was the perfect size for me and even though it is dated it was nice and clean. The breakfast was very basic but the amazing location (2 mins away from the station) and the wonderful staff made it the perfect spot. Luggage can be left in lobby which is always a bonus! I have stayed multiple times.

Pros:

新宿に近く、最寄り駅近で至便。
建物は古いホステル風でドミトリー泊の若い外国人旅行者が多く、カフェ・レストランのエスニック料理でアジア旅気分。（バター・チャイ、野草茶が美味）。朝食も¥500でミネストローネ付き、とリーズナブル。今回はダブルルームでしたがアットホーム感が気に入り、リピします。カフェで江戸幕末期の古い写真集を見て過ごしました。

無いです。建物は古いけれども清潔で、スタッフも親切で快適。

C'est la troisième fois que je venais au Sakura Hotel Hatagaya, et j'y reviendrai sûrement. Son emplacement à deux stations de la gare de Shinjuku, dans un quartier calme, en font une valeur sûre. La chambre individuelle est certes un peu petite mais tout y'est. Puis vous pourrez venir prendre, un bon repas, un bon dessert ou une bonne boisson au Sakura Café, ouvert 24/24, où vous serez très bien accueilli.
