ゆったりとくつろげた宿泊
Pros:

思ったよりお部屋が広くて、快適でした。
チェックインが早く、チェックアウトが遅くてゆっくり出来たこと。
駅から近かったこと

Cons:

お部屋の電話から、フロントへ連絡出来なかった。

横須賀を満喫
Pros:

部屋が広くてベイビューも最高。

Cons:

隣の部屋で子供が騒いでる声が結構聞こえたけど、フロントに伝えたらすぐ部屋を変えてくれて、さらに綺麗な部屋で良かった。

大浴場がなかった。ここで予約したらウエルカムドリンクやお菓子もついてなかった。

ホテルが最高で救われました！
Pros:

はじめて横須賀に宿泊しました。
最近は無愛想な接客を受けることが多くなって残念に思うことがあるのですが、ここのホテルのスタッフさんたちはとてもみなさん接客に適していて素敵でした！
なにより笑顔！！ニコニコしながら話されるとやはりこちらも気分がよく、晴れやかなこころになって幸せになりますね。
お部屋もとても掃除が行き届いていて清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。
横柄なお客様も大変多いと思いますがこれからも負けずに頑張ってくださいね。
また来年の同じ頃に利用させていただこうと思います。
