Mercure Yokosuka is where other hotel need to send their employees to witness how to be the perfect.
Pros:

Hotel is excellent and the hospitality is great making you feel more at home than home itself.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile and genuine caring. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and just with me but each and every guest I witnessed being supported.

The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Love the convenient location close to major attractions. Shopping and transportation (Two train stations are 1 and 4 minutes away); security is second to none.

Cons:

Couldn’t be any more better

Worse thing is having to say Goodbye to the team you can call family.

Great stay.
Pros:

The hotel is very close to train station and the shopping mall, the hotel breakfast was so good and variety of choices.

Cons:

The room that i was in get too hot at night even though i adjusted the room temperature to low and turning on the a/c seem to do nothing.
