Miss Kristine is the best.
Pros:

Rooms are great, staff are amazing and the location is good.
Miss Kristine in the restaurant lights up our mornings every time we go for the amazing buffet breakfast.
The entire team are lovely.

Cons:

Nothing at all. We love it all.

Pros:

Dies war mein zweiter Aufenthalt im Aston Kuta. Beim ersten Mal war ich noch sehr zufrieden, aber leider war mein zweiter Aufenthalt eine große Enttäuschung.

Das mir zugewiesene Zimmer war meiner Meinung nach in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und entsprach überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Erst nachdem ich mich deutlich beschwert hatte, wurde mir ein besseres Zimmer angeboten – allerdings zunächst nur gegen Aufpreis.

Für mich war das der letzte Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Schade, denn nach meiner ersten positiven Erfahrung hatte ich etwas anderes erwartet.

Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert!
