אכזבה אחת גדולה

השירות היה על הפנים לא מקבלים את האשראי שלי שלחו אותי להוציא מזומן לאחר שסודר התשלום לאחר 45 דק קבלתי את הכרטיס לחדר שהגעתי לחדר המפתח לא פתוחות את הדלת( לא ציינתי שאני נכה בברך) אז חזרתי חזרה לקבלה לבקש חדר חדש וקבלתי אחר מחפשת את החדר הצדדי ביותר בתוך חניה חדר לא נקי פח אשפה מלא מקלחת ושירותים לא נקיים ויש לי תמונות שמתעדות הכל לא ממליצה וחבל על הכסף

‏רצינו לבטל כי התבלבלנו במלון לא רצו לבטל לנו את ההזמנה אבל כאשר הגענו שדרגו לנו את החדר אבל לא הסבירו לנו איפה החדר הייתי מעדיף שמישהו מטעם המלון יקח אותנו אל החדר יראה לנו איפה אנחנו ישנים ולא נבזבז חצי שעה על מנת למצוא את החדר לא הציעו לנו להוסיף כסף על מנת לקבל ארוחת צהריים ורק כאשר יצאנו מהמלון ראינו שיש ארוחת צהריים
