Very average stay. They wouldn’t take credit cards and had to use my debit card. My keycard always stopped working. Probably would not stay here again.

Best location in city
It is a nice hotel, downtown, right by Independence Square. There is a Metro entrance in the same block. Easy walk to parks, restaurants, and shops. The front desk staff greets you whenever you come and go. I will stay here again when I come to Kyiv. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice hotel for the money, equivalent to a 4 star hotel in the U.S. Check in was great, they have all the amenities including massage, gym.
Hotel was great, room was amazing and very clean. Mini bar had great prices and the room service breakfast was good as well. Would stay here again.
