Blue Chip Casino Hotel and Spa

Don't stay here. If you're looking for gambling, the casino is dark, depressing, machines with Error screens as you walk in. If your looking for a good steak, the steakhouse is horrible. The bread was stale, the baked potato was overcooked with uneditable bacon bits, The filet had no flavor and was over $60, go to Texas Roadhouse and you'll get a better steak. Lastly the rooms, mold, shower took 10mins to get warm, water from the sink was very cloudy. Entire place smells like smoke.

This place is so all around bad the candy in the vending machine was smashed.

I'm not joking, go somewhere else

The pictures are very deceiving. We book the 2 bedroom queen for a night and what we got for $200 plus a $100 deposit was ridiculous. The room had an odd smell that wouldn't leave. The refrigerator that was hidden wasn't up to temperature to even keep our food in. I have allergies and the dust was horrible. You could hear everything going on in the hallway even early morning when the housekeeper was asking people if they were checking out. The room was so disappointing that I wanted to leave once we opened the door. The doorbell sounds like a fire alarm so when my brother rung to get in we sat there thinking that's what it was. Everything in there was outdated. It was the night before my wedding and was very disappointed. Ask to see the room b4 you reserve it to save you the headache.

We usually go to four winds but decided to try this place since we’ve never been.. we never made it inside because of super cop Andrew working at security… way to keep giving your competitor more business

Clean room staff was not accommodating.. my anniversary wasn't the best after driving 3 hours and passing up 3 other casinos to be there.. I was told because I booked through a 3rd party I couldn't have the spa side of the hotel! The website didn't make it clear there was another hotel on site.. i probably will never come back!

Staff was very friendly and we loved our room in the spa tower. Would definitely come back!

Front register staff at both Infusions and lakeside restaurants terrible attitudes. Acted like the customers were putting them out just by ordering food. Majority of them need customer service training! Food at the Infusion was some of the worse food we've ever tasted.

The stay was enjoyable, however I was disappointed to discover that they still allow smoking in the casino. I find that most casinos have gone to smoke free.

Beautiful room we loved the large tv’s and the very nice enclosed shower. Everything was very clean.

Good place to stay but the sportsbook sucks. Not open all hours and kind of small Rooms, casino, bar was nice

Hot tub was too hot, hotel smelled like smoke it was disgusting

Comforter had lipstick and makeup stains , view facing garage, dirty carpet, smells like cigarettes, got noisy neighbors, 1:30-2:30 am , creaming, arguing, throwing things around. Called security to calm them dawn.

I stayed 9/26 - 9/28: Too much Smoke. On the 28th, I observed male underwear in the room we where staying.
These underwear was not mines. They do not clean the room daily, I had to request it, when I book the room.

Easy check-in, clean room. We had a wonderful time

We really enjoyed the stay, We were assigned the older part of the building which we did not love. We had two double beds which we didn’t enjoy the size but that being said the bedding etc was very comfortable. It was very clean , just old and our view was the parking lot and it was guitar a jaunt to get from the old part of the hotel to the check in desk and casino.
