Pros:

The location of the burghotel was exceptional! Everything we did was easily reachable either by foot or by public transport, and we felt we were staying in the nicest corner of the old town. The Albrecht Duhrer house is literally around the corner and there is a lovely open area with classic german pubs and restaurants just up the street. The hotel was absolutely fine, very nice staff, we had a wonderful stay!

Super Hotel mit tollem Personal und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage in der Altstadt hervorragend. Die Zimmer zum Hinterhof sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück sehr liebevoll hergerichtet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliches Personal, insbesondere an der Reception.

Pros:

Location. Lower cost but at price. Had windows that opened. Shower was hot

Cons:

Absolutely no ventilation (at least windows opened). No heat or ac. No amenities other than mini fridge.

Sincere consideration for consumers

The location is good. But the room condition isn’t good need to be improved, and the shower room is too small.

In the BURG HOTEL, I went through something absurd. If breakfast is optional, I usually don’t choose European breakfasts. When I booked for two adults(me and wife) through Bookings.com, it showed that for an additional 15 euros, breakfast would be included. I thought it could be a something special offer, so I booked it that way. However, at check-in, the staff said that only one person could have breakfast. It is extremely unusual for only one person to have breakfast when a reservation was made for two. When I complained, the male staff said it was a technical problem. I told how a customer could have known about the relationship between Booking.com and BURG HOTEL, he said it was my fault for making reservation through Booking.com. As someone who had been traveling in Europe for over a month having financial leeway, it was extremely upsetting.

In the meanwhile, another female staff seemed to be trying her best, I endured and let it go. I hope the BURG HOTEL will cultivate a sincere and devoted attitude toward consumers.

Central beliggende hotel med dejlig morgenmad og parkering i nærheden .
Pros:

Hotellet lå perfekt i forhold til den gamle bymidte og værelset var ok og med en god morgenmad .
Der var parkeringskælder lige i hærheden som fungerede perfekt .

Cons:

Det var meget varmt og der var ikke aircondition på værelset , men der var en fan så det var ok .
