Pros:

My husband and I came to the hotel 7 years ago and it was one of the best places we stayed at that point. We enjoyed the location, the tranquility and the sauna

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didnt have the same experience this time. We were given a bigger room, but the mattress was hard and the pillows were old and flattened. The sauna shower and the pool did not seem pristine. We used the sauna once because of this. Also, the room was not cleaned properly as the water bottles were never picked up, the used glasses were not replaced, and to top if off, the door was left open for hours risking our belongings in the room for anyone to grab. My husband had spine surgery a year ago and he was in severe pain due to the mattress.

Fantastic location, price and excellent staff.
Pros:

The staff is fantastic. Excellent communication. We arrived very late and able to access hotel and then room through lockbox outside. The next morning the on duty manager marked the best suggested places for touring with a recommended path - very kind and thoughtful!!!

Ein Hotel, zu dem man gerne zurückkehrt
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: mitten im Zentrum, nur wenige Schritte von einer Parkgarage entfernt und umgeben von zahlreichen Restaurants. Besser könnte die Ausgangslage kaum sein.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal, das jederzeit hilfsbereit und aufmerksam war. Die Zimmer sind funktional und sauber, die Ausstattung wirkt jedoch teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Schade war lediglich, dass das Frühstück nicht im Voraus gebucht werden konnte. Die Auswahl vor Ort hat jedoch überzeugt – vielfältig, frisch und qualitativ sehr gut.

Cons:

Ziemlich kleine Dusche.

מיקום נהדר. מלון כמו של פעם באווירה משפחתית. נוח גם ברגל וגם עם תחבורה ציבורית.

מיקום נהדר בעיר העתיקה. 10 דק ברגל מתחנת הרכבת. הליכה נהדרת ברחובות העיר העתיקה. מסעדות טובות ממש בסמוך למלון. ארוחת בוקר טובה וראויה. צוות סופר אדיב ונחמד. היינו בינואר כשירד שלג בעיר והחדר היה חמים ונעים.

Cons:

המזרנים ממש קשים ולא נוחים וגם השמיכות והכריות לא מאוד מפנקים.
