Members were strange. The ones at the desk and check in was too long.. They said they had a bar and restaurant but it was a whole in the wall. I will never stay again. Low class.

Comfortable Stay!
Pros:

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable bed! Stayed for one night after adjusting my flight from Sunday to Saturday because of the incoming storm. The staff was extremely kind and helpful!

No reason to charge for parking - gouging customers
Pros:

I have been coming to this hotel for almost 20 years. It's always been fine - rooms are decent, breakfast buffet is OK (not great, but typical), location is OK, staff is good. However, recently they started charging for parking. There is absolutely no reason for this as the lot is large and there is plenty of parking all around (including in the strip mall). This is just a money gouge for customers. As a Hyatt member I should get it for free, but never remember the plate number of my rental car so I don't get around to entering it in their system to get free parking. Sorry, I'm on a business trip and REALLY busy, just can't remember to look at my plates and log the number. Last visit I was charged. Seriously - this is so stupid. I won't be staying here again just because of the parking situation. Lame move for whomever runs this hotel.

Great Service, above and beyond!
Pros:

Enjoyed having the hotel shuttle take me to a local store. I forgot a belt, and it saved me time and chaos by having the shuttle service and driver provide a great recommendation and travel to and from a local store.

Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable but too high making it hard for elderly only 5 feet tall
The computer chair was extremely comfortable
the kitchenette was impressive - well organized and very well stocked

Cons:

the toilet did not flush well. No grab bar next to the toilet or one getting into the tub/shower
the breakfast was disappointing as the bagels, and fresh fruit were frozen at 7:30am
the old sofa bed was very uncomfortable for sitting. There were not 2 chairs to sit to eat the dinner we had brought with us.

It was a very nice hotel with great staff.

I would recommend this hotel to anybody and I will most definitely come back.
Pros:

I liked the cleanliness, very accessible, nice staff, comfortable bed, clean room, and just a great place to stay.

Cons:

The breakfast could’ve been better. Kind of disappointed about the grits and oatmeal. Had to keep asking for things like coffee, plates, syrup. But I would still give this place 5 stars. It wasn’t like they didn’t have the things I asked for.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Had a medical appt nearby and this was a very convenient location. Desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Asked for a room near elevator and they were able to do so. Also got to check in a little early since the room was ready when I got there. The room was perfect with a king bed, couch, tv that you could rotate from the couch to the bed area, a nice little kitchen with cooktop, full size fridge, dishwasher, desk, nice bath area. Room was clean, no odors, windows with full black out shades behind the mesh screens. Bed was comfy. Not sure I like those small square bed pillows instead of the regular size ones. I would like to have a zero entry shower instead of a tub/shower combination. The breakfast buffet was very good with real food. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, potatoes, fruits, yogurt, breads, sweet pastries, oatmeal, waffle maker, coffee, juices. Breakfast area with tables with an adjoining comfort lounge area. Plenty of parking with a shopping area across the parking lot for food and beverages too. If you have your own transportation, easy to get to other areas including the airport. Easy check in and check out. I have stayed here several times and they are very consistent with accommodations and service. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly!
Pros:

Staff very friendly, prime location, and pretty good breakfast to be included. The room was clean and very comfortable- all the amenities I needed were there, it was very well stocked, and the bed and pillows didn’t make me long for mine. The entire establishment is well kept.

Cons:

The food menu is not online, and I made my booking mostly on having an in-house restaurant. I ended up going out to eat due to lack of options. This was not even close to a deal breaker, I will be back! Everything else was perfect.
