Pros:

Breakfast omelette bar is great

Cons:

One particular female staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Other staff were nice, but her attitude ruined the experience.

Pros:

The location was nice . I was able to go on walks with my dog comfortably. For most part the property was clean. But I did see trash outside the property where people had left their trash from eating.

Cons:

The hallways had smells of different foods. I usually go to the Hyatt House on Chapel Hill Rd because it always smells amazing and very clean. It was very surprising to see trash on the property and the smell of the hallway. I expected that it would be the same at all the Hyatt House hotels.

Incredible Staff and Experience!
Pros:

From the excellent airport pickup experience by Nick AGM et al to the always smiling and friendly front desk team of Theresa, Clifton, Yasin, Rebecca et al, Hyatt house Rdu staff are Top notch!

Members were strange. The ones at the desk and check in was too long.. They said they had a bar and restaurant but it was a whole in the wall. I will never stay again. Low class.

Comfortable Stay!
Pros:

Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, decent breakfast, comfortable bed! Stayed for one night after adjusting my flight from Sunday to Saturday because of the incoming storm. The staff was extremely kind and helpful!

No reason to charge for parking - gouging customers
Pros:

I have been coming to this hotel for almost 20 years. It's always been fine - rooms are decent, breakfast buffet is OK (not great, but typical), location is OK, staff is good. However, recently they started charging for parking. There is absolutely no reason for this as the lot is large and there is plenty of parking all around (including in the strip mall). This is just a money gouge for customers. As a Hyatt member I should get it for free, but never remember the plate number of my rental car so I don't get around to entering it in their system to get free parking. Sorry, I'm on a business trip and REALLY busy, just can't remember to look at my plates and log the number. Last visit I was charged. Seriously - this is so stupid. I won't be staying here again just because of the parking situation. Lame move for whomever runs this hotel.

Great Service, above and beyond!
Pros:

Enjoyed having the hotel shuttle take me to a local store. I forgot a belt, and it saved me time and chaos by having the shuttle service and driver provide a great recommendation and travel to and from a local store.

Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable but too high making it hard for elderly only 5 feet tall
The computer chair was extremely comfortable
the kitchenette was impressive - well organized and very well stocked

Cons:

the toilet did not flush well. No grab bar next to the toilet or one getting into the tub/shower
the breakfast was disappointing as the bagels, and fresh fruit were frozen at 7:30am
the old sofa bed was very uncomfortable for sitting. There were not 2 chairs to sit to eat the dinner we had brought with us.
