Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Pros:

Que fueran rápidos con la gestión de cambiarnos a otra pieza porque cuando llegamos el baño perdía agua en el inodoro

Muy grato el ambiente.

Cons:

Un detalle no menor es que fue difícil comunicarme con el Hotel vía telefónica el día previo a mi llegada, ya que llamé varias veces sin respuesta. Sin embargo, el día de la reserva al mediodía y luego al ingresar a Concepción, la atención fue muy gentil y resolvieron mis dudas oportunamente.

El ruido, los pasajeros no respetan los horarios de descanso, lamentable no pude descansar esas dos noches, creo que hay que trabajar ese punto.
