Location was great. Staff at the check in was very nice and super friendly.

Cons:

Our first night the fire alarms went off twice. The second night the fire alarms went off around 3am. Being awakened at 3am is very disturbing. We could not go back to sleep after that. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The room above ours sounded like someone stomping or running for at least 2 hours after 9:30 pm. We have stayed at this location several times and this stay left us deciding to not stay at this location again.

We had a very good stay.
Pros:

Very good breakfast.
The manager who checked us in was excellent. She told us she manages 5 of the local Holiday Inns and was filling in. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was poor.
Parking charge was not mentioned in the description of the property.

we love the people at the front desk, especially Fancy! She’s a real pro and made us feel so welcome with all her ideas and tips about Charleston. Give her a raise and keep her or promote her!!! she’s a keeper!!!
