The staff was not professional at all. They wouldn’t answer any questions we had about the reservations. They said we had a night before and we couldn’t be on that night and we got charged twice for it. Never got our money back. Thank you.

The location was amazing
I didn't like I had to put a deposit down when I booked on line I stayed there last year around the same time didn't have to put a deposit.
Breakfast was good and overall efficient. Staff was excellent on arrival , warm and inviting overall. Able to check in early. Room was clean and good location.
Pool was in the back of the hotel , which was shady. Pool was not clean and was cold for the most part, unable to enjoy it, even though it was summer time.

I was ripped off out of $700 during my 1 night stay (booked 4 nights).
My room's carpet was damp and smelled of pet urine. Front desk refused to give me another room, forcing me to book elsewhere and did not refund the remainder of my stay, nor provided any kind of credit. I was also not refunded for 3 days of parking that I paid in advance. To top this off the sheets were dirty and had hair on them from the previous guests. I am horrified and livid still about what they did, as I had saved up for month to give my little boy a that vacation and all was cut short due to the location's obliviousness and greed.
