Hotel Owner is Awful
Pros:

Read this before you book. I would strongly advise anyone to double check before booking here or better yet, book somewhere else. I accidentally booked this hotel while trying to reserve a stay in New Mexico, and within 5 minutes of making the reservation, I called to cancel. I was told directly by a staff member that the cancellation would be processed and that any fees would be waived.

Fast forward a week later…no refund. After following up, I was met with zero accountability. The owner, Lisa, showed no willingness to resolve the situation, despite the fact that I never stayed at the property and contacted them immediately after booking. This isn’t about policy it’s about basic customer service and integrity. When a business tells a customer something will be handled, they should stand by it. Instead, I’m now out $130 for a stay that never happened. If something goes wrong with your booking, don’t expect understanding or flexibility here. That alone should be enough to make you think twice.

Clean and basic good accommodation
Pros:

This hotel offers basic accommodations. The room was clean and well kept. The staff were polite, but not very engaging. This town is one of the spots with services for a long stretch of freeway in Wyoming. There are plenty of restaurants and services nearby. This hotel is a good option and we’d gladly stay again.

Clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It wasn't exactly sound proof. I was awakened by another guest turning on the shower in their room and I could hear doors opening and closing in the hall. This was not terrible just a slight annoyance.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom does not work so it got quite steamy in there which explains why the light fixtures are rusting.

Great hospitality
Pros:

Front desk staff friendly and acknowledged rewards. Room and bath were clean. Direct TV channels were blocked especially if they were conservative news. Hotel offered HBO, but channels were blocked also. Breakfast buffet was the usual eggs and stuff.
