Pros:

Hotel was close to UNCP clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic and helpful.

Cons:

Fox News in the TV. Make better choices and keep it neutral. They are an entertainment company NOT a news channel and shouldnt be on in public spaces. If someone chooses to watch that trash in thwir home, fine but for people traveling - keep it light and keep politics out of general areas.

Pros:

Breakfast was great and customer support but room could have been better cleaned.

Cons:

Hair in shower upon arrival and writing on mirror in room to show dust and lack of cleaning mirror thoroughly. Also AC made a buzzing noise throughout the night.

Loud air conditioner
Pros:

The parking lot is safe, the room was clean staff were pleasant. the only problem I had was that the air conditioner was so loud that you couldn't hear the TV.
