We loved our stay. The hotel is neat and smells good.
Pros:

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. The location was great. Everything was right there. We didn’t have to go far for nothing.

Cons:

The front desk service was Very, very good. It was one particular lady. Her voice was too loud for me. I asked her to bring it down a notch so that it could only be me and her talking not her telling everybody that was in a lounge my business so she said I can try but I’ve been like this all of my life. I believe when you are in public and you approach the front desk or wherever you are, it should be a conversation between you and that person not you and everybody.

Nice but be aware
Pros:

The location is great and the breakfast is appreciated. For the most part the hotel is clean, looks new and is cared for.

Cons:

Fox news on the TV in the lobby. For the love of God stop with the politics in public spaces. People are visiting - put something general on the TV like HGTV! Also, there were visible cobwebs in the light and a mouse trap behind the chair. Maybe avoid the 1st floor corner room. It does sit in the middle of a corn field but still mitigate mice on the outside.

Pros:

Hotel was close to UNCP clean and comfortable. Staff were fantastic and helpful.

Cons:

Fox News in the TV. Make better choices and keep it neutral. They are an entertainment company NOT a news channel and shouldnt be on in public spaces. If someone chooses to watch that trash in thwir home, fine but for people traveling - keep it light and keep politics out of general areas.
