Location location location!!
Pros:

Location excellent - couldn't do better for Sultanahmet. Easy walk to all the main sites, surrounded by eateries and atmosphere. Excellent breakfast daily in rooftop (open 24 hours a day with free tea and coffee) and a magical view at all hours. Staff very helpful.

Ich würde dieses Hotel für einen Städtetrip jederzeit wieder wählen und auch weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Tolle zentrale Lage. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle per Fuß oder Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber für die Region typisch. Sehr gutes Frühstück und die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse ist unschlagbar.
24h-Service Wasser, Tee und Kaffee und täglicher Zimmerservice. Hilfreiches und nettes Personal

Amazing!
Pros:

The view from the breakfast terrace is amazing. The location is very great. It is super close to the Great Bazaar and Hagia Sofia. The breakfast has a great variaty. But most of all we liked the staff. They were extremly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room and the bathroom are a little bit small, but for a city break they are more than enough.

Great location, good service, facilities could be more comfortable
Pros:

The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I hadn't realized the hotel didn't have a restaurant or bar. Even if they didn't serve alcohol, it would have been nice to have evening food and beverage service on the 6th floor lounge, just to enjoy the views.
Also, there should be a separate service elevator. It was nearly impossible to use the elevator in the mornings because of the housekeepers needing it to move laundry and other supplies.

Best view in the city
Pros:

The location of the hotel is ideal for walking to both the Grand Bazaar and the Aya Sophia/Blue Mosque/ Palace complex. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. The suite with the Jacuzzi tub has a stunning view from the bath, the bed, and the balcony. The all day tea and coffee on the rooftop was so welcome as the weather was a bit chilly during my stay, and it was lovely to warm up before going to my room. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for activities, restaurants, directions and airport taxi reservation.

Cons:

The room could have been made to feel a bit more luxurious, maybe with some added textiles or art work, but honestly, the view was so incredible, I'm not sure any art work could have competed.

Lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento fueron las vistas. Estar desde la habitación viendo Santa Sofía , Mezquita sultanahmet, ha sido increíble .
El personal es muy atento y amable , todo lo que hemos necesitado nos lo han facilitado .

Pros:

Чистый, уютный, теплый номер. Персонал очень вежливый. Расположение отеля в пешей доступности ко всем главным достопримичательностям. Завтрак вкусный, на шестом этаже с панорамным видом на город. Можно пить чай и кофе в любое время на шестом этаже бесплатно.
