Protea Staff made for an excellent stay.
Pros:

All of the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. Our initial stay was for one night. Because of flight cancellations due to the war in the Middle East, we had to book three additional nights after we had checked out. Ophile, at reception, arranged for us to stay in the same room. The wait staff in the restaurant and bar remembered us and asked why we were still there. Pretty remembered I like lattes at breakfast and got them for me each morning. When we left for our flight home, everyone wished us safe travels and thanked we for staying at the hotel.

Lovely Staff - Free Airport Shuttle.
Pros:

Close to airport with free shuttle service. Room was clean, fridge wasn't cold. Good choice of food for buffet breakfast. Lovely attentive staff.

It was a good stay, staff was very helpful .
Pros:

Being able to take a warm shower, travelling from the DRC, there was no water, so this was very nice.

Cons:

The stay was great, no complaints.
