Handy location, excellent reserved self parking.
Pros:

Not fancy, but very clean, and well appointed, with handy designated parking just outside the door. Front desk guy charged us $30 for early (3 hr) check-in when we arrived, which seemed a bit mercenary, ( but we paid,) since we hadnt reserved that option, and the room was "already cleaned and available."

Cons:

Not charging $30 for a room that was already cleaned and available.

Great place to stay! The perks are really good. Parking included. Wifi included. Hot tub, pool etc.
Pros:

The location was perfect. Fishermans warf was walking distance and so was downtown! The hotel has a really nice garden and a pool and hot tub that is locked up using your key card. Overall very well especially for the price.

Cons:

The only downside was that you can slightly hear the custodians working on the second floor. Other than that the place is great.

It’s not worthy for staying there.
Pros:

Location is ok

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, it made noise every time we turn. You can hear anything from upstair: bathroom water, the bed noise, footsteps…. The hotel also charged you for booking.com fee of $10. No breakfast included. I believed if no booking.com, no one will stay there.

Cons:

Wir haben nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt, als Antwort kam etwas ruppig "alle Zimmer sind ruhig".
Die Realität: über uns die ganze Nacht getrampel, neben uns die Wände dünn wie Papier, man hört jeden Ton vom Nachbarn und zu guter letzt ab 7:00 eine Abriss Baustelle genau gegenüber von unserem Zimmer. Bin mir selten so veräppelt vorgekommen 😂

I chose this place for the jacuzzi but water seemed dirty!!… lots of foam on surface and lukewarm at best…. Ewww!!!…😖
