Boutique Property with Awesome Garden
Pros:

Exceptional garden. Great location away from crowds. Our 2nd stay. Will come again.

Perfetto per visitare Monterey
Pros:

La camera era pulita, stile caratteristico e una vista sul giardino/piscina molto gradevole.
La posizione era ottima per arrivare al molo anche a piedi e passare per il parco (bellissimo e curato).

Pros:

Nothing in particular

Cons:

Feels like a better version of Motel 6 but way overpriced. Maybe the problem is too close to the bay area (overpriced). Be aware before choosing.
- Construction behind the hotel starts at 7am during weekdays.
- WiFi didn't work.
- Also coming from sol cal maybe didn't appreciate the beach as much.

Pros:

The location was OK. A 10 minute walk to the pier.

Cons:

The building site directly outside my room that started at 7am and finished at 6pm.

The people above who sounded like a herd of elephants living above us, the walls and floors are very thin.

The noisy fridge that I needed to unplug to sleep at night.

it always meets our expectations. IT is a no frills hotel that is safe, clean and close to the wharf
Pros:

We stay at this hotel because it is close to the wharf and cannery row and is a good value for that convenience. The rooms themselves are very basic. This one at least had a chair other than a desk chair which was a very nice edition over the rooms we have stayed previously. The room is neat and clean. Since we are n't in it that much it works out very well.

Cons:

It really would be nice if the area that used to have a breakfast was reopened OR if the vending machines provided something other than chips. The rooms have microwaves so that would be a nice touch. there is a mcdonalds about a block away but it would be a massive improvement if the hotel offered breakfast free or not.

Budget friendly but decent.
Pros:

The pool, hot tub, and location were the best things about the property.

Cons:

The rooms didn’t have an air conditioner, which I know for the coast is not always needed but the rooms were hot. There was a fan in the closet we found the second day. Bathrooms didn’t have a fan so the steam contributed to the hot room.
The bathroom in my room had a strong urine smell. I had to go buy Clorox wipes and clean the floor. It still smelled after but not as strong.

It was okay, we made the best of it.
Pros:

The grounds were nice around the pool, and a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Noise level was bad, construction across our room. One room viewed an old roof top, the room smelled musty " old" And didn't know we it was located over a landing airplane strip. We were were traveling with our moms in there 80's, and NO elevator! Thank goodness for strong daughters to carry all there stuff UP and DOWN the stairs.
