Good location, ok valuewise, but will probably choose another location next time
Pros:

Good location to the wharf, downtown and the beach.

Cons:

The constant noise from groundskeepers, other patrons and traffic. This was mid week, so to be fair, the groundskeepers have to do their work during this time.

Underwhelming. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, and the water was hot. The location was pretty good.

Cons:

When we asked to check in early, they said yes, but "you have to pay $30". That's a terrible policy. It's a small room – a very basic motel room. No air conditioning. The key card wasn't working very well, and the lady at the front desk made us new ones but didn't seem to think having to fiddle with a card to get the door open was a big deal.

Pros:

There was one very friendly lady at the front desk. 🙂
The location was good , not walkable to the sites but right across the road from the beach!
Clean and comfy rooms
Food truck was great!

Cons:

One not so friendly lady at the front desk. Very strict on no early check in, so we napped in the car.

Loved it! Relaxing, Calm, Great Price, would totally stay again!
Pros:

Loved that it was walking distance from the beach!! The staff were super helpful and kind!! Loved the swimming pool and spa! Loved the sitting area near the pool!

Cons:

I did not know this but if you stay in the pet room, do expect possible barking from neighbors pets, not the hotels mistake at all. Also I recommend getting second floor

I've been comparing facilities at different price points for a family wedding; this had true value.
Pros:

Everything was just as described and very well maintained.
Grounds were terrific with fire pits, pool, hot tub. It was super clean with great bedding
Location was superb, near the ocean and amenities, lovely Lake Estero -- but not in the Cannery Row heavy tourism activity.

Cons:

Access to the room by 1 or 2 hours was only available at a $30 increase.

I love it there when I get the room I want.
Pros:

The best part of the room is the see-through balcony. just to set and enjoy the view in the morning.

Cons:

I don't like the balcony, which is all cement, and you can see the ocean view or the harbor beach area.
