Pros:

La piscina estaba un poco oscura sin luz en la noche y al parecer falta de mantenimiento ya que el piso estaba con algas (verde)

- man ist abseits des Trubels von Samara Beach, könnte aber am Strand rüberlaufen oder schnell mit dem Auto in den Ort fahren

Ich habe auf meinen Reisen wirklich schon viele Hotels erlebt, aber so etwas ist mir tatsächlich noch nie passiert.

Wir haben das Zimmer ausdrücklich inklusive Frühstück gebucht – und was dann serviert wurde, war ehrlich gesagt eine Frechheit: eine Tasse Filterkaffee und zwei hauchdünne Scheiben Obst. Anschließend wurde uns einfach eine Menükarte hingelegt, aus der man sich dann ein „richtiges“ Frühstück zusätzlich bestellen sollte – zu Preisen von über 10 Dollar. Für solche Preise kann man problemlos in einem guten Café frühstücken, und das erwarte ich auch, wenn ich ein Frühstück im Hotel buche.

Ich finde dieses Vorgehen wirklich enttäuschend und irreführend.

Das Zimmer selbst war völlig in Ordnung – sauber und genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Auch sonst gab es daran nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool hingegen war leider nicht gepflegt und praktisch nicht nutzbar.

Insgesamt wäre der Aufenthalt okay gewesen, aber das Thema Frühstück trübt den Eindruck erheblich. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt und finde es absolut nicht angemessen.

Aire acondicionado fallaba siempre. No funciona el agua caliente, a pesar de que se mencionó varias veces, no lo solucionaron. Ducha con problemas, no salía bien y estuvimos en 2 tipos de habitación

Da para ir a praia a pé, as instalações estão precisando de uma manutenção, mas o quarto limpo cama e chuveiro bom , tinha uma funcionária que não perguntei o nome mas muito prestativa e esperta .

Leider hatten wir die halbe Nacht Stromausfall, warmes Wasser gab’s keins und einmal fiel auch das Wasser komplett aus. Da man nirgends Wasser auffüllen kann, musste ich nach einer Wasser Flasche fragen um meine Zähne zu putzen, ich hatte das Gefühl die Frau an der Rezeption hat das nicht sonderlich interessiert.
Wir haben uns grundsätzlich wohl gefühlt allerdings waren die Handtücher leider auch sehr fleckig.
