Décevant et pas reposant.

L’hôtel est joli mais poussiéreux dehors.

Nous sommes venu dans cet hôtel et avons mis le prix plus conséquent pour pouvoir se reposer un peu, ça a été tout le contraire.
Pas d’eau du tout durant toute la journée (de 10-17h30) et ce pendant 2 jours d’affilée sans explications ni même avoir été prévenue au matin. De plus quand on demandais une explication les discours des employé était totalement différent.
Nous n’avons aucune excuse, geste de la part de l’hôtel, ils ont littéralement fait comme si de rien n’étais.

Énormément de bruit a partir de 6h du matin, les clients qui parle très fort devant les chambre,.. ect et les employé qui mettent la table en claquant tout assez fort et entre elle pas du tout discrètement.
Pourtant il est noté qu’il font le nécessaire pour maintenir le calme??

Honnêtement si vous avez la ça chambre 8 ou 1 préparez vous à être réveillée super tôt. ( elle se trouve juste à côté de l’endroit du petit dej)

La piscine est sale ( super salé, trouble, insecte.) et de plus le carrelage de la piscine est pleins d’algue et les carrelages sont décrocher.

Certains employés pas très accueillant.

La habitación bastante cómoda, muy limpia y ordenada, el personal bastante amable y muy atento

La piscina estaba un poco oscura sin luz en la noche y al parecer falta de mantenimiento ya que el piso estaba con algas (verde)

- man ist abseits des Trubels von Samara Beach, könnte aber am Strand rüberlaufen oder schnell mit dem Auto in den Ort fahren

Ich habe auf meinen Reisen wirklich schon viele Hotels erlebt, aber so etwas ist mir tatsächlich noch nie passiert.

Wir haben das Zimmer ausdrücklich inklusive Frühstück gebucht – und was dann serviert wurde, war ehrlich gesagt eine Frechheit: eine Tasse Filterkaffee und zwei hauchdünne Scheiben Obst. Anschließend wurde uns einfach eine Menükarte hingelegt, aus der man sich dann ein „richtiges“ Frühstück zusätzlich bestellen sollte – zu Preisen von über 10 Dollar. Für solche Preise kann man problemlos in einem guten Café frühstücken, und das erwarte ich auch, wenn ich ein Frühstück im Hotel buche.

Ich finde dieses Vorgehen wirklich enttäuschend und irreführend.

Das Zimmer selbst war völlig in Ordnung – sauber und genauso wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Auch sonst gab es daran nichts auszusetzen. Der Pool hingegen war leider nicht gepflegt und praktisch nicht nutzbar.

Insgesamt wäre der Aufenthalt okay gewesen, aber das Thema Frühstück trübt den Eindruck erheblich. So etwas habe ich wirklich noch nicht erlebt und finde es absolut nicht angemessen.
