Pros:

La disponibilité et l'amabilité du personnel.

Cons:

Aucune chaise dans la chambre, juste une petite table carré hauteur du lit.
Mauvaise éclairage de la salle de bain surtout au niveau du miroir.
Le petit déjeuner : pas de riz, pas de thé chaud, pas de baguettes mais fourchette, au Japon c'est un comble.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

I was so impressed with this hotel! I just needed a room for the night which wasn't too far from Tokyo station. It was a decent sized room with free coffee and a good sized bathroom. Staff were very helpful and it was a short walk from the metro.

Cons:

Asked for a double but got a twin. Not a major issue but was the only thing that could have improved my stay.

Fantastic location and very comfortable
Pros:

The hotel is well-located in a quiet street close to the south exit of the JR Hamamatsucho station and Blue Front Shibaura. The room was a nice size, and the beds were very comfortable. A good range of toiletries is available in the lobby, as well as sachets of drip coffee and green tea.

Cons:

As the room had a bath, it would have been nice if the toiletries in the lobby included bath salts.
