ビジネスユースで寝るだけなら十分
Pros:

浜松町駅から少し離れるものの、その分静かで落ち着いて過ごせる。フロントが比較的簡素であり、チェックインがしやすい。スタッフも丁寧な対応をしてくれる。

Cons:

プラン上、たまたまツインルームになったが、ベッドが割と小さく、足が出てしまうサイズであった点。もしかしたら元々シングルの部屋にベッドを２つ置いているような感じがして、テーブルが小さく、少し使い勝手が悪い。椅子も折り畳みであった。

今回の対応について、強い怒りと深い失望を感じています。
宿泊者本人が実際に到着し、電話番号・予約情報・その他すべての登録内容が完全に一致しているにもかかわらず、
英語表記の氏名が前後で重複しているという、明らかに実害のない入力上の理由だけで、入館を拒否されました。
氏名そのものに一切の相違はなく、同一人物であることは明白でした。
にもかかわらず、スタッフは確認を行わず、状況を理解しようともせず、形式だけを理由に判断しました。
さらに問題なのは、その説明の仕方です。
問い合わせを行っても、非常に早口で一方的に話され、こちらが理解する前に会話を打ち切られました。
説明する意思も、対話する姿勢も一切感じられませんでした。
事実が目の前にあり、本人確認も十分に可能であったにもかかわらず、
それを拒み、説明も行わない姿勢は、冷酷で非誠実だと感じました。
ちなみにスタッフが高圧的早口でした、サービス業とは思えない。ロボットです
このホテルの対応ついて、残念しかない。
