One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
Pros:

Location is OK. Not great. OK.

Cons:

- The front desk staff was extremely impolite. Kept talking to me in Spanish in a demeaning way even after I explained that I do not speak Spanish.
- The room was so worn out and in a terrible condition for this price level hotel. Nothing like the photos.
- Not clean. Dust and trash on the floor. Hair on the toilet seat. Dirty unwashed glass in the bathroom.
- The bed mattress was completely used up. Felt like sleeping in a hole.
- I received at least 20 automatic messages on WhatsApp and on Booking app. They give you an illusion that they care about the experience but they clearly do not.
