Front desk staff needs a lot of work
Pool,bar lounge and breakfast,dinner were all great to have in one place.
I was suppose to get house keeping every other day. I didn't see them until I called to complain Saturday.
Our room had an unpleasant odor coming from the air conditioner. Like mold or mildew. Woke up every morning with signs of allergic reaction. I was surprised that the room was so big. It was also really clean. My other problem was no water pressure in shower. We spoke to the front desk about it. They said they would send maintenance. If maintenance came to the room, I couldn't tell.
It was in a convenient location close to lots of great shops and restaurants. Checkout was quick and easy
The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable and all the pillows were lumpy. The trim was unfinished in the bathrooms and they left us with less than half a roll of toilet paper. When I called the front desk for more toilet paper, she was extremely short with me and hung up the phone. The toilet paper never came so I asked housekeeping for some when I ran into them in the hallway. The “blackout” curtains were outdated and did a poor job at blocking out sunlight. There was a strange humming type noise that we could hear in the room all day and night.

The hotel was under renovation and smelled terribly. There was weird dampness/moisture smell everywhere
Breakfast buffer was really good. Water pressure on the 3d floor was a little lacking but not terrible. 3out of 4 of the desk staff were helpful.
It was ok
We are in a handicapped room that we don’t need and were not told that is what we were reserving. When we checked in there were no other rooms available. We should have been told. We should have a rate reduction!!!

Good location
Water pressure in the shower and sink is poor. Trying to wash your hair is impossible. Noise level is pretty awful, you can hear everything outside your room. Room has unfinished trim and paint. Check-In staff was kind of rude. I understand it was a busy season with tournaments going on but it's not my fault.
Well maintained clean property. Close to everything. Polite helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Recommended.
General not up to par with other Hilton Garden Inn properties. Also, charges $14.99 for breakfast buffet.
