Pros:

I had a magnificent stay here during a time it was hard to find rooms in Lucknow. First, the staff is wonderful and welcoming. They gave me insightful and crucial information to help my travels and I am so grateful for that. The room was spacious and clean. The neighborhood was calm with a lot of food options too. Thank you for the stay from the bottom of my heart

I will not suggest to stay in this hotel even for one night.

Cons:

I dint like the Hotel room overall.
There were mosquitoes flying around. I booked for King size room but they gave me just a normal room.
Toilet door was not closing properly.
Bed matress was in very bad condition.

A good budget hotel in great location,
Pros:

I have travelled a lot in India and often find limitations and detractions in Budget hotels. The Royal Presidency Inn was perfect in every way. The Location was in a pleasant street with many restaurants, bars and cafes.
It is in walking distance of many of the attractions in the city and shopping areas.
The staff were courteous and helpful and breakfast good for Western tastes.

Cons:

I would have liked to have had longer here,
The only criticism is the hot water system which like in most Indian hotels that I have used, is not intuitive to use.

Dissapointing.
Pros:

Hospitality of the staff.

Cons:

The worst part - "No outside food allowed".. Restro inside serves expensive food and completely unsatisfactory on the taste buds. Disappointing experience for elderly couples.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Service was responsive. Food was delicious.

Cons:

The photos were deceiving. There were blood stains on the walls. One room was very noisy and I didn’t sleep well, but it had a nice bathroom. They moved me to a new room that was more quiet but the bathroom was not nearly the same quality.

There was no booking for me when I reached there, after me confirming my time to check in and they acknowledging the same , there was no room available. Had to find another property to stay.
