Pros:

A very Comfortable stay . Very clean and user friendly property. The staff was very polite and hospitality was great . A great place to stay with family .

Hotel on the highway
Pros:

We booked ourselves in the hotel hoping for a nice stay. The staff is anything but professional. The hotel manager is but then you can't reach him for everything. They are more like a typical busstand hotel absolutely not worth the money they charge. They booked big groups without making proper arrangements at the cost of other guests.

Clean hotel, easily accessible and good service
Pros:

I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. Sankat mochan is at walking distance and Tara devi is also very close. Hotel is easily accessible from highway. Hot was is available during certain hours and temperature was too low for bathing in winters. They tried to unsuccessfully fix it on my request. Tea/coffee is more expansive than some of the 5-star properties. Heating was NOT available in suite.
