Horrible experience. Merely MONEY SUCKERS with rude attitude!!
Pros:

Nothing. Other than the peaceful location in Varanasi, no merit to this property. Please dont book it.

Cons:

Started with the staffs who were extremely rude.

Money suckers. Cancelled our booking with a lot of drama. Again I had to rebook.

The problem was not only mine. I had to spend 2 hrs at the lobby and meantime at least four people came up with some or other issues like us.


Please dont book room there.
