The Prince Akatoki is well-located and seems reasonably priced for London. We had a deluxe room and, while it was on the small side, it was very well equipped. The bathroom was excellent and, most importantly, so too was the air conditioning. The service was friendly and efficient except for at breakfast when our cooked food took too long to arrive and was not hot. The shortcomings in the Food and Beverage department are why I am rating the hotel with four rather than five stars. The location, price, and rooms encourage me to return to the Prince Akatoki, but I would not plan on breakfasting there.
Staff are so helpful. The rooms are clean and the location is excellent
Rishi was actively looking out to see if we needed anything. His attention to detail, his mannerism and his presentation was on point with what the restaurant represents.
Visiting Tokii would be a treat for yourself, however a delight if you’re served by Rishi.
Thank you to the chef for the incredible food, the owner for a great music taste and the team for exceptional service.

Perfect hotel with all you need for a busy trip, amazing small but well equipped gym, great breakfast and not crowded despite peak season! I’ll be back for sure!
Nothing!
We tried out their afternoon tea at the hotel restaurant. The waiter Rishi took very good care of us and the food and tea were spectacular. If you want great tea, this is the place to go!
We had a great experience at the restaurant. Our server name was Rishi. He was attentive, kind. Cleanliness of the table was always top of mine. The atmosphere was wonderful and he made it even better.
Dined at the Tokii, at the Prince Akatoki on June 20th. We had a great time, the food and ambiance was amazing as well as the staff; our chefs and waiters, especially Rishi who was there for everything we needed and was very attentive. great experience overall, highly recommended.
The rooms were very pretty, with nice details. The location was great! Also Henry, the night manager, was the best! We had to leave early but they organised take away breakfast for us!
I recently spent two weeks at The Prince Akatoki London while recovering from surgery, and I could not have chosen a better place.
The location is exceptional—close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street, yet peaceful and quiet. The hotel has a calm, restorative atmosphere that made it ideal for recovery.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every member of staff treated me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care throughout my stay.
I would particularly like to thank Mukashfa, Ahmad, Kelsey and Henry, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well looked after. Their warmth and attention made me feel less like a guest and more like family.
I would also like to thank General Manager Mark Surguy and the entire team. It is clear that a culture of excellence and genuine hospitality runs throughout the hotel.
I arrived feeling anxious before a major procedure and left feeling cared for, supported, and deeply grateful.
Thank you to everyone at The Prince Akatoki London for making such an important chapter of my life a positive and memorable experience. I look forward to returning.
It’s a lovely hotel and good location
The rooms are not all the same. We had a very bad room our first night. Didn’t feel like an executive king. We were changed the day after. It was not a good experience
Had a lovely time celebrating my mums birthday there. Super great service thank you to Mukashfa for treating us so wonderfully. Always my favorite place to stay when I am London. Top location too!
Overall this was a nice hotel with good service but there were a few things that kept it from being a top tier hotel for me and probably I would not return. The positives - very good service, nice furnishings, quiet neighborhood location, great gym. The negatives really pertain to the physical qualities of the hotel. It's quite cramped and at least the basic room type I was in was very small. the first room I was placed into was in the basement with a high up window next to an alley. Upon my request they moved me to a room on level 1 which while still small was much better. There will still other issues however. My bed would literally shake when someone was walking down the hall or maybe in the room above (not sure but this happened many times and disrupted my sleep). Additionally in this very small room the A/C vent blew directly face on onto the bed. I also don't like sleeping in a draft so this was unpleasant for me. Anyway these are out of the control of the staff and maybe would not bother everyone but I wish someone had shared these details in their reviews so I wanted to share them.
I had dinner with a friend there last week and the food was delicious. We kept ordering more and more as each round was more delectable than the prior. The start of the evening was the attentive and thoughtful waiter Rishi who suggest top dishes, improved our saki, and was all around delightful. Great spot to check out.
Kelsea and Olivier are simply wonderful, real assets to this hotel.
Everything about this property is great! The service is great and staff are extremely polite and sweet. Sid Wali helped me with the reservations and took care of everything. Great location and great rooms.
