Impeccable service, very clean, great location and exceptional breakfast!
The breakfast was excelent. The staff was very accomodating and the overall setup pleasant. We loved the Akatoki breakfast. The suite was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
The only small remark is the the bar closing at 2245.
Fantastic staff—couldn’t be nicer or more helpful. The hotel location is wonderful, the room very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the evening turndown was delightful. Great shower and bath amenities.
I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t like. Or half a thing. Everything about the hotel was delightful. I would definitely stay there again.
Very good location, calm atmosphere, liked the pillow menu and japanese wc system. Soft drinks were for free that’s a great addition.
The breakfast organisation could be better.
