The Prince Akatoki London

Excellent front desk customer service, upgraded in arrival and early check in. Great quality toiletries, bathrobes, food, Japanese inspired decor, free sodas and lots of water in the room, coffee in the room was great and bed super comfortable, quiet room, aircon that works! Turn down service and all of the small touches made this one I will return to for sure.

One room was big and comfortable the other one we found it a little bit too small but both very clean and very nice bathrooms!!!
Neli and Maram in a deception were very friendly and polite!! Georgia and Maria at the restaurant were also super nice and polite also! Overall, it was a very nice experience

The Sushi Masterclass at The Prince Akatoki stands for its name and goes beyond. The generosity of CHEF TONI on sharing his knowledge, wisdom, was very special. Not ony learned how to prepare few japanese sushi dishes, but the way he shared his passion was remarkable. And the Hotel Team, Atmosphere, was very special as well.

We did the sushi masterclass at Tokii with Chef Kazuyo and it was a brilliant experience in a fantastic restaurant. She was very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and a great teacher allowing us to make some great sushi rolls on the day as well as insights for us to continue practicing and making sushi at home! I can definitely recommend doing this sushi masterclass at Tokii!!

What a great find, located in an outstanding location of London. From arrival to departure the staff at this hotel truly made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Dolores at the Front Desk made check-in fast, efficient, and ensured we had the information we needed for a great stay. The restaurant, Tokii, was outstanding. The sushi was fresh and prepared in many unique and delicious ways. The sushi chef is truly five star. The staff of the restaurant, Georgia, Ahbi, and the dining room manager, all worked hard to make us feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. We will definitely be staying here on all future visits to London.

Sushi making masterclass.

We recently took a sushi-making class, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, with beautifully arranged ingredients and the subtle aroma of seasoned rice in the air. Our instructor Kazuyo was patient, knowledgeable, and passionate, guiding us step-by-step through the art of crafting perfect rolls.
We learned how to properly season sushi rice, slice fresh fish with precision, and roll everything tightly using traditional bamboo mats. What I loved most was how hands-on the experience was—by the end of the class.

Not only did I leave with new culinary skills, but I also gained a deeper appreciation for the artistry and care behind every piece of sushi. It was fun, interactive, and incredibly delicious. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone who loves food, creativity, and trying something new! 🍣

The Prince Akatoki London is a wonderful hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent food. The staff were outstanding…special mention to Georgia, Tomoko and Olivier at the restaurant, and Henry at reception, all of whom delivered exceptional service.

I had the pleasure to come from breakfast and my experience was beyond expectation. The welcome was warm and professional. At breakfast we met Tomoko with a traditional Japanese greeting. Georgia took our order and explained the options on the breakfast list. My experience at the Prince Akatoki when Olivier took his time to explain each dishes to us. But over our host Mr Henry was most pleasant thanks to his attention and professionalism. Thank you for your hospitality and for such an unique experience
