Great hotel, friendly service, good location, clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location, close to Kanda subway station (6 minutes walk) and shops like Family Mart. A 15-minute walk to Akihabara. Comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

Staff accogliente e ottima pulizia
Pros:

Staff gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo chiesto di fare takkyubin (spedire i bagagli da questo hotel al successivo) e ci hanno pensato loro chiedendoci i dati utili. Se vi serve questo servizio chiedete almeno il giorno prima, meglio ancora quando arrivate.
La camera pulita e anche se piccola ha abbastanza spazio per due valigie grandi, c'è un angolo salottino. A disposizione te e bollitore.
In bagno bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo e altre piccole cose messe a disposizione (il resto si trovano alla hall)

Cons:

Il letto alla francese attaccato al muro è stato un po' difficile da gestire per il mio compagno che è alto. Per entrare in bagno (come in molti hotel giapponesi in questa fascia di prezzo) c'è uno scalino abbastanza alto, tenete conto se avete difficoltà di mobilità.

Pros:

Quite near to kanda station, a walking distance (~10mins). But the room is very small (standard double bed) and the bathroom is so small. So far everything is ok. Staff are helpful esp when I request for luggage transfer (5 stars to Ando!).

We used the laundry but it took us like 3 hours to complete our laundry due to 1 waching machine was faulty (suddenly but I think because the coins are full - it swallowed my 100yen) and the dryer (upper) is not good in drying. The lower dryer is ok.

Cons:

Room size was very small. Bed was not enough for even for 2 people and we were 3. No extra mattress was there. To make the matter worse no space was there in the room to even keep bags. Bathroom was extremely small.

Empfehlenswertes, solides Stadthotel für euren Städtetrip in Tokyo
Pros:

Lage: Sehr gut, da zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten von der KANDA-Station entfernt, an der sowohl JR-Lines als auch die Metro abfahren. Somit ideal gelegen, um innerhalb von Tokyo überall schnell hinzugelangen.

Zimmer: Größe absolut ausreichend. Wir konnten zwei große Koffer mit etwas Kreativität problemlos öffnen (ein Koffer auf dem Boden, ein Koffer auf dem Sideboard). Größe des Bads in Ordnung, separate Dusche und immer ausgestattet mit notwendigen Utensilien (Duschgel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Zahnbürsten, Haarbürsten, etc.).

Aufenthalt: Früherer Check-in gegen kleine Gebühr (4.000 ¥ für vier Personen) möglich. Rezeption ist englischsprachig und sehr gut verständlich. Bei Fragen war die Rezeption immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Darüber hinaus wurden unsere Koffer zur Weiterreise nach Hakone vom Hotel aus versendet. Die Abwicklung erfolgte durch die Rezeption (Preis: 9.200 ¥ für vier Koffer á 160 cm (Gepäckmaße L+B+H)) und war für uns eine tolle Erleichterung, einen Teil des Weges ohne Koffer durchzuführen. Großes Lob an die Rezeption und insbesondere an Sawada, die uns dabei mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Zusatzinformation: Wer Waschmöglichkeiten benötigt, kann gegen Entgelt im Waschraum im Erdgeschoß seine Wäsche waschen.

Fazit: Wer ein solides Hotel in zentraler Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und würden hierher jederzeit wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung!
