トータルで見てお得でした
Pros:

部屋は狭いが清潔。アメニティのコーヒーが美味しかった。今回武道館でのコンサートのため宿泊したが、徒歩20分程度で行けて便利だった。神保町の駅も近いしこの料金でこんな便利なところに泊まれてとても良かった。

Cons:

ツインの部屋だったが、机がなく、部屋で食事を取るのに不便だった。部屋の備え付けポットでお湯を沸かすのにも電源がポット近くになく困った。フロントで机を貸し出していたがなんとなく面倒で使わなかった。部屋のすぐ向かいがアパートで、カーテンが開けられないのが少しストレスだった。
