駅近でリーズナブル

駅の東口からだとかなり近い。電子レンジがあるので食べ物を温め直せる。

お盆休みだが、亀戸でも他のホテルと違い安めで良かった。

駅に近く自宅のような快適な宿
Pros:

宿泊者は自分たちで調理したかったため、レンタルセットをお借りでき大変助かりました。初日にいくつかお借りしたら翌日お部屋まで1セットご持参いただいたと大変喜んでいました。また、後から一泊追加したことでお手数をおかけしたのですが、全泊同じお部屋にしていただき途中で移動が発生せず大変助かりました。どのスタッフの方も丁寧で、こちらの質問やリクエストにも辛抱強くご対応いただき感謝しております。有難うございました。

Cons:

部屋の浴槽の水を出す　蛇口のバルブがゆるく切り替えの時も水・お湯があふれていたので修理した方がいい。ルームメンテナンスがなかなか確認出来ていないと思うので早急に直した方がいい。

低価格で、朝食も付いていて、部屋も清潔で、エレベーターは3基あり待たずに乗れる点が良かったです。

Cons:

ホテル専用の駐車場代が高く、自由に出し入れ出来ずゲートの閉まり方が分かりづらい。それから、フロントが混んでいて聞きたいことが簡単に解決しない。
