Best price/value accommodation in Tokyo
Pros:

Best option available for location, accommodation and price. Having the lift available from the ground floor was a big plus for luggage as reception is on the first floor.

Cons:

Internet was not great so seldom ended up on my phone data...

It's alright
Pros:

Overall location in Asakusa.

Cons:

Although the location within Asakusa is great, the particular spot where the hotel is a bit dodgy.
There was a odd / unhygienic smell around the property and ofc the size of the room is ridiculously small, even by Japanese standards

Pros:

The location is nice yes. If you want to feel like a local, that's a good location

Cons:

The toilet drain often had a strong smell.
There was mold in many places.
I don't think this hotel has been renovated for years.

Great Location, small room
Pros:

Great location, everything is in vecinity, shops, stations, stuff to visit.
Good value.

Cons:

Very very small room and the bathroom door can barely pass as a door.
There was a lot of rust running down the bathtub and it wasn't a very clean place.

Good find for exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Wonderful location. Close to subway station. Staff really helpful. 24 hr laundry. Good bed. Good shower. Room compact but good storage and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
