Pros:

値段 クーラーがあること

Cons:

凄くボロい。清掃は入らず、ゴミ箱のゴミ捨ても宿泊客自身で行う必要があります。ところどころにほこりが見られ、設備面では風呂釜が小さく、浴室内に洗面台もありません。さらに、部屋の照明も明るすぎるか暗すぎるかでバランスが悪く、やや使いづらさを感じます。

マイステイズ 系列は、もともとラブホテルや古いアパートを買い取ってホテル仕様にリノベーションしているケースが多いため、全体的に設備の古さを感じやすいです。

Pros:

スタッフがとても親切だった

Cons:

設備が古く、浴槽も小さく、ウォシュレットがなく、冷蔵庫の音が気になりコンセントを抜きました、ホテルの場所がわからず、電話しましたが、近くの交差点とかを言っても、わからないようで、たどり着くのが簡単ではなかったです。

The room were smelly, old, broken, dusty and moldy.
Pros:

At first, we got a good room for the first check in, but when we got back for the second check in. We got a really worst, old, smelly room.

Cons:

The room was old. When I checked with the receptionist and we try to have to move room because it was smelly, old, broken, dusty and moldy. You can see the photos. The room wasn’t clean at all. We weren’t able to change room because apparently they over booked! We ended our stay immediately there for the night and had to rush book another hotel.

A localização é boa e o hotel tem um bom custo-benefício.

É possível trocar toalhas, roupas de cama e pijamas na recepção (é tudo self-service).

Cons:

Não tem limpeza diária, a não ser que pague uma taxa diariamente.

O hotel é um prédio antigo em renovação, então ainda está com andares em obras, então há barulho de obra eventualmente.

As camas são antigas e um pouco barulhentas. Seria bom trocar os colchões.

Overall a good experience
Pros:

room is small but that's what you usually get in Tokyo, given the price I think it is a good option plus the location is good. Kuramae station is at 5-7 mins walk while Asakusa station is at 10 mins walk. Convienent stores like 7/11 is very close. Staff is helpful
