El primer dia, llegamos desde Santiago a las 5:30 de la mañana. A las 9 :30 me despierto con unos golpes en la puerta, respondo que necesita, acto seguido abren la puerta y me preguntan si todo esta ok! . Una mucama le digo si todo ok. Acto seguido nos levantamos a tomar desayuno y al regresar a la habitación, 10:30 de la mañana, me tocan el timbre, nuevamente una mucama para preguntar si queremos que nos hagan el aseo. Yo le digo que si pero en un rato y me presiona preguntando en cuanto rato mas. Yo le respondo que pondremos el aviso en la puerta y que por favor no sigan interrumpiendo. Primera vez que me pasa ésto. La insistencia y falta de respeto al llegar y entrar a las 9:30 de la mañana para preguntar o mas bien, para ver si podían hacer aseo. Hice el reclamo mas tarde ese dia. Espere a que llegara la gerenta de turno pero era tarde y teníamos que almorzar asi es que nos fuimos al restaurante. No corresponde que nos toquen el timbre, entren a la habitación solo para desocuparse temprano. Muy mal y muy molestos por esta situación.

Hotel de buena calidad habitación, servicio de restsurante y atención de su personal

Buen servicio en lo general. Asistentes y recepcionistas muy acogedores.

Cons:

No cuenta con servicio de piscina y sauna para tener categoria de 5 estrellas y no contar con estos servicios de relajación.

Osorno tierra de mis recuerdos

Estamos muy felices de haber vuelto a Osorno. Nuestra estadía en el hotel fue maravillosa: disfrutamos de la tranquilidad, la comodidad y su excelente ubicación céntrica. Realmente pudimos descansar y disfrutar en familia. Además, el desayuno estaba delicioso, con una gran variedad de opciones que hicieron cada mañana aún más agradable. Agradecemos la cálida atención y la excelente experiencia que nos brindaron. ¡Sin duda, una estadía inolvidable! Muchas gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa.

Pieza amplia y bien equipada, muy limpia. Personal amable, buen desayuno.

Cons:

Lamentablemente dormimos mal porque había un ruido de baja frecuencia. El personal fue muy amable y trató de ayudarnos (también ofreció cambio de pieza) pero parecieran ser sonidos de los ductos de aire acondicionado así que el problema no pudo ser resuelto. En caso de ser sensible a este tipo de sonidos, sería recomendable usar un buen tapón de oídos.
