During the months of January and February 2026, we stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Saket, New Delhi, India for several days. During course of these stays, front desk staff and India Grill restaurant servers and kitchen staff took excellent care of us and made us feel at “home away from home". They were very professional, friendly, accommodating to our needs, and courteous. Housekeeping also did an excellent job, always being very responsive to our needs. We give each staff member a high mark of excellence, specially: Sagar, Kapil, Yogesh Sir, Chef Subash, Chef Pratak, Deepak Sir, Javed, Jainab and, of course the entire Kitchen Team.

I felt very comfortable and enjoyed every meal like I would ag my own home.

Hilton Brand stands for high quality and we had high expectations but this time our saty was dissapointing.

We recently had our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Saket New Delhi. I must say we had an Amazing experience. All the staff members were very welcoming, cordial, respect ful, & had care & concern for their guests. We were loaded with gifts, felt acknowledged & had the liberty of having some eatables with us while leaving only to ensure we don't starve even after we leave the hotel. Pammiji, Nishantji, Gauravji, Subhashji, Manishji & Everyone were doing a Fabulous job...being at their Best Always. We were taken by their service - oriented, charismatic approach & personalized attention. The quiet serene mornings + the internal interconnectedness between some premium malls & hotel itself + a magical ambience all accounted for a lovely spellbound rejuvenating mind, body, heart & soul.

We must confess that Hilton Garden Inn is 'BRAND EXCELLENCE'👌...An Enriching Experience.

The menu was diverse. Good for international travelers.

Narayan and Mr jatin were great. As well as the girl who checked me in at breakfast the last three days.

Excellent location. Awesome hospitality. Good Food and beverages. Special mention. Sagar in the restaurant was very professional and offered warm hospitality. Complements to all. Well done

The Hilton Garden inn Saket, is a great location for arrivals in DEL. The staff has been the most kind to a solo traveler as myself.

The kind front Desk staff of Nikita, and the Night Manager Gaurav went the extra mile for me. Either on selecting a room of my choosing to monintoring the all day/night pantry for snacks and juices. I would suggest to add a few options for Cola, however I also see the upside of not putting those items directly in the eye sight of children.

I have been to india a few times over the years. This trip however was the first time a, should I say, “The-Main Man” the one with a plan, Sagar on the breakfast floor, took the time to show me how to eat like a local. With the Rice Cakes, to the sauces of North and South India, I even had my first true Dosas. Again this seams strange but when you are a stranger you could use a little help with the local dishes.

A++ to the staff, all including my House Keeper Surendra, always making sure I had a few fresh tea bags of the glorious teas of India. Darjeeling, Assam, and of course your staple of English Breakfast. Anyone that knows Tea knows that is as only as good as the water used. Daily fresh & bottled h2o, makes for the tea cream to rise to the top and ends with that “Juicy” taste wanting more.

To add the location is prime, Mall is attached at the second level. Tuk-Tuks always at the ready. And yes some authentic Indian Street food is just a short walk in either direction.

As a Hilton member, I have had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Garden Inn of Delhi. The staff was amazing, Mahendra and Mani made sure my room was always pristine and left sweet surprises for me. In addition, Mahendra would always stop and chat with me as I left to make sure my stay was as expected.

Great hotel, in a nice location. Though the departure service help with Tushar was exceptional. Saved us so much time and made it so easy to navigate the airport.

Great experience at hotel and in particular the restaurant India Grill - Sagar and chef Prateek and the entire staff- thank you for your excellent food, service, smiles and attentiveness. You are all great!!
