Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket

We had a truly wonderful stay and were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality made our visit very memorable.

A special mention to Sakshi from the Front Desk team, who went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were handled seamlessly. Her professionalism, promptness, and genuine willingness to help really stood out.

We would also like to appreciate Neeraj and the Housekeeping team for their excellent support and care throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and efficiency did not go unnoticed.

Thank you to the entire team for making our time so enjoyable we look forward to visiting again soon.

We had a wonderful dining experience at the India Grill restaurant at the Hilton Garden Inn Saket. A special mention to Sagar, who served us that evening. He was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely sweet throughout our meal.

Sagar took great care of us, made sure everything was perfect, and checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. His friendly attitude and thoughtful service really made the experience memorable.

Great food, lovely ambience, and excellent service. Thank you, Sagar, for making our evening so pleasant. We’ll definitely be back! 😊

Lovely staff, notably in the restaurant and at the pool. But all others too.

It’s an average hotel.

Rooms are dated, washroom was dirty, felt in an average 3 star hotel.

The location is good at Saket.

I also used the gym. Adequate but a little stuffy!

The restaurant tiles/ floor really needs a relook. It feels and looks like a 3 star from Gujarat and not an outpost of an American brand. Someone needs to meet a good interior designer to get this changed!

The worst experience i had was that before my stay I got an email offering the hotel dinner buffet at a discounted rate. The restaurant manager i think his name is Manish told me it’s true. After eating it he said we will charge you full price only. I said how does that make sense as he verbally confirmed a price to me and then i ate. He said show me the email. His server / restaurant staff photographed the email and came back saying although we have a photograph you will have to speak to the front desk to reconfirm the email!

Amazingly shocking behaviour! Poor behaviour! Very poor quality of thought process and maybe lack of training!

I would not stay here again unless forced to do so.

The location. The shower. And most of the staff was kind and helpful.

Excellent location next 2 shopping malls. Amazing breakfast, staff & chefs were quite accommodating. Also had a late check.out.
Had an amazing, quiet room.
Overall great stay!

During the months of January and February 2026, we stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Saket, New Delhi, India for several days. During course of these stays, front desk staff and India Grill restaurant servers and kitchen staff took excellent care of us and made us feel at “home away from home". They were very professional, friendly, accommodating to our needs, and courteous. Housekeeping also did an excellent job, always being very responsive to our needs. We give each staff member a high mark of excellence, specially: Sagar, Kapil, Yogesh Sir, Chef Subash, Chef Pratak, Deepak Sir, Javed, Jainab and, of course the entire Kitchen Team.

I felt very comfortable and enjoyed every meal like I would ag my own home.

Hilton Brand stands for high quality and we had high expectations but this time our saty was dissapointing.

We recently had our stay at Hilton Garden Inn Saket New Delhi. I must say we had an Amazing experience. All the staff members were very welcoming, cordial, respect ful, & had care & concern for their guests. We were loaded with gifts, felt acknowledged & had the liberty of having some eatables with us while leaving only to ensure we don't starve even after we leave the hotel. Pammiji, Nishantji, Gauravji, Subhashji, Manishji & Everyone were doing a Fabulous job...being at their Best Always. We were taken by their service - oriented, charismatic approach & personalized attention. The quiet serene mornings + the internal interconnectedness between some premium malls & hotel itself + a magical ambience all accounted for a lovely spellbound rejuvenating mind, body, heart & soul.

We must confess that Hilton Garden Inn is 'BRAND EXCELLENCE'👌...An Enriching Experience.
