Pros:

stationnement pratique moyennant 10 euros par jour. Chambre pratique avec la kitcheenette ( revoir la vaisselle).

Cons:

Renouveller la vaisselle (planche à découper usée, couverts tordus. Bien laver la vaisselle entre deux clients.)

Pratique pour passer quelques nuits près de la gare et du centre de congrès de Tours.
Pros:

Proche de la gare et du centre de congrès. Très propre. Rangements en nombre suffisant. Kitchenette. Table et 2 chaises.

Cons:

Le bureau est trop petit et n'est pas éclairé. Il n'y a pas de tables de nuit. On entend le bruit de la salle de bains au dessus.

Bien pour un court séjour
Pros:

Le personnel est agréable et la possibilité du parking sous terrain sécurisé (payant) est un vrai plus

Cons:

Lit en 140, nous préférons les lits plus grand.
La climatisation impossible à régler et bruyante nous avons du la.éteindre la nuit. A cette saison pas trop d’incidence mais en cas de chaleur ce serait dommage soit vous ne dormez pas a cause du bruit ou à cause de la température
