Gut geeignet für eine Übernachtung oder Leute mit wenig Geld

Das Quartier liegt sehr nahe am Bahnhof, mit allen Vor und Nachteilen. Preis/Leistung ist unglaublich, d.h. für alle die nur eine Übernachtung brauchen ist es sehr gut geeignet. Zimmer sind auch okay. Frühstück solala

Cons:

Nicht wirklich negativ: Parkplätze waren - wir kamen spät - alle besetzt, also besser vorher reservieren. Weg in die schöne Innen-Stadt ist doch relativ weit, deswegen ja auch der gute Preis.

Fraud. Cheatinh.., they are too rude and they took 70 Euros as security deposit which was supposed to give back but they never did.

Be carefull , that security deposit is the charge , they won't give back .

Cons:

Everything we don't like , they are cheaters, they will charge you extra in the name of security deposit. Not recommend this hotel

Résidence propre, agréable et très bien située.
Pros:

Résidence très agréable et bien placée, proche du centre ville de Tours. Propre avec une bonne literie, j’y ai très bien dormi.

Cons:

Le café en face est animé. Ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais ça peut ennuyer les gens qui sont sensibles au bruit.

1) Fiz reserva com preço para 2 pessoas com café da manhã e infelizmente o formulário do booking.com informou apenas 1 hóspede. Entrei contato com o booking.com e não houve comprometimento para resolver o problema.
Resumindo tive que pagar o café da manhã.
Retornando para São Paulo, acionarei o direito do consumidor e farei reclamação no site Reclame Aqui
2) Para tomar banho tem entrar numa banheira com 70cm de altura, precisa ser atleta e jovem para adentrar na banheira .
Chuveiro(ducha) tem fixação acima da banheira, não fica na altura padrão de chuveiro. Tem que tomar banho segurando a ducha em uma mão (horrível)
3) Café da manhã em uma área super pequena, fixa uma bagunça em certos horários, principalmente quando tem grupo hospedado
4) informam que tem estacionamento mas está sempre cheio, obrigatoriamente tem que ficar caçando vaga nos arredores
5) Atendente péssimo, pessoal sempre de mal humor.
6) Ficamos 4 dias e não existe limpeza do quarto e nem troca de toalhas.

Clean bathroom, clean room. Comfortable bed.
Good breakfast (eggs in any form were missing). Friendly staff.

Cons:

Air conditioning full of dust. Also, somehow remotely controlled, so it was not possible to set the temperature lower than 23*C and lower fan speed. Unusable for sleeping. Trains passing under the windows disturbing sleep.
