The receptionist was polite.

Cons:

The room was not properly clean. We found dirt like Oreo package under the bed and other stuff. They served croissants and pains au chocolat from the day before during breakfast.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja blisko lini tramwajowej. Obsługa bez zastrzeżeń. Pokój duży i czysty.

Cons:

Śniadania smaczne. Raczej na słodko ale brakowało warzyw i jeśli coś się skończyło długo trzeba było czekać na uzupełnienie .

Sehr sehr heisse Zimmer.
Cons:

Im Zimmer war sehr heiss, keine Klimaanlage und der kleine und billige Ventilator bringt gar nichts!!!
Die Balkontür konnte man nicht aufmachen da auch andere Gäste Zutritt hatten. Wir haben für 4 Nächte gebucht aber wollten glnach dem ersten Tag nach Hause fahren.

Un endroit très bien, dans sa catégorie. 10 sur 10 au personnel.

Le personnel était très bien, avenant et sympathique. Bien des efforts pour nous aider à travers la canicule.

The hotel as a hotel is excellent in terms of location, large rooms, it has everything you need, but one big complaint, which is why I give a slightly lower rating, is that in this summer period, when temperatures are over 35 degrees, there is no air conditioning in the rooms... I couldn't sleep at night because the heat and sweat wake me up when I can't sleep again...

Cons:

À l'hôtel, après 20h, il n'y avait personne pour nous aider. Nous avions oublié les clés dans la chambre, la porte ne s'ouvrait pas. C'était une catastrophe, il faisait chaud, on n'arrivait pas à dormir. Tous les clients dormaient à la réception. Il n'y avait pas le numéro d'urgence. Je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel comme ça, je suis déçu.

Bien mais manque de clim
Pros:

C'était très bien, le lit, petit cuisine

Cons:

Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés en période caniculaire et nous n'avions pas assez d'air pour se rafraîchir. Il y avait un ventilateur mais pas assez puissant. La clim aurait été top et j'aurais mis 10 sur 10 à la note.
