It'd better if there are ironing, hair dryer, cleaning per 4 days instead of 6 days since we need to change drap, towel

Vétusté, passage pour aller au parking sale.
Couloirs pas propres. Personnel pas accueillant.
Parking réservé et payé, en rentrant notre place était occupée par une autre voiture !!!!!

La propreté n’était pas au rdv. Cuisine qui colle, sol Sale, serviettes de toilettes sales, table pas nettoyée. Je suis venue avec mon bébé de 2 mois j’ai pas osé utiliser le micro onde pour chauffer son biberon …
De plus le pied du lit était cassé ce qui faisait pencher le lit. Je l’ai indiqué au monsieur présent en fin de journée mais rien n’a été fait pour le lit et pour la propreté il m’a dit indique que les femmes de ménage avaient dû passer rapidement. C’est tout.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. The rooms were dirty, and there was a thick layer of dust under the kitchenette, clearly not cleaned for weeks. There is also a strange smell in the room and in the entire location. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and so were the stove and the sink, showing a complete lack of hygiene.
Breakfast was extremely poor: no vegetables, no fruit, and the ham and cheese looked suspicious. On top of that, after you finish eating, you have to take your own tray to a shelf, just like in a mall food court, something completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be 3 stars.
We booked 3 rooms, and one of them had a door that barely opened. When I told the staff, they rolled their eyes and came to show me “the trick” to open it, clearly proving they already knew about the problem. It felt like they were just waiting to blame us at checkout and charge us for something that was already broken.
The staff was also disappointing, they don’t pay attention to what is missing from the buffet, and if you ask them something, they look annoyed and roll their eyes, as if you were supposed to know where to find bread or napkins on your own.
We stayed 4 days, and nobody came to change the towels or clean the rooms. Their policy is to clean only for stays of 7 nights or more, which is absurd for a place that pretends to be a 3‑star location.
Upon arrival, they ask for a €100 per night per room deposit, which is not mentioned on Booking. When you point this out, they respond arrogantly, telling you to “take care of the room,” as if it were some kind of luxury accommodation, when in reality it barely deserves 2 stars.
Also, on Booking says the room has a hairdryer, which is not true. You have to ask for it at the reception.
It’s a shame, because the area is beautiful and the hotel is close to RER E – Nogent-le-Perreux. Other than that, I do not recommend this place at all.
