Nice & convenient!
Pros:

The facility was clean & had great amenities (definitely enjoyed the pool). Breakfast was good, I liked the omelet station. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, especially Mai at the front desk! The room was a good size & housecleaning came and cleaned every day of my stay. There was outdoor & indoor parking available. The location is okay, feels like a decent midpoint to everything. Would definitely return here.

The Embassy suite hotel was an awesome stay and we would stay here again!
Pros:

We were able to take advantage of the breakfast but the complimentary drinks we did not because of the restricting hours. Hopefully we will get to do that next time if we come back to Raleigh, NC.

Cons:

The Air Conditioner was not regulated for us to be it on auto properly throughout the night so that could use a little improvement or maybe explained properly through maintenance but overall it was still okay.

Comfortable, clean and spacious suites. Enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

Secluded area, quiet with greenery in the patio area. easy access to the interstate. Nice lobby, spacious and restaurant was nice. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It’s set back from everything else - no eating establishments in the immediate area to choose from, compared to other places that I’ve stayed.

Pros:

No one recognized our status at check in. We were not offered any waters, or anything. The room had someone else's dirty clothes in it and the air conditioner didn’t work (we weren't told at check in). The person on the phone at guest services, who identified herself as "Jill," was not trained nor equipped to handle serious customer service issues. I asked to speak to a manager, and was told he would not be here until 9:00 a.m. Totally unacceptable. I was also sent a text to ask how it was going and responded with complaints, but never got any response. I have previously stayed at this hotel multiple times, but never again.
