Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff was so awesome.

Cons:

The family queen suite was very disappointing because it wasn't larger than the regular suites. It looked like they took out the sink and just put bump beds. The refrigerator wasn't working. Not cold at all. There was a large hole in the wall in the bathroom.

Great service
Pros:

The location was close to several shopping and a few dining locations. It was somewhat secluded but still accessible and close to other amenities and shopping. I actually left something of value in my room and the staff was able to locate it and ship it to me.

Cons:

That the room was labeled "handicapped."

Won’t be back. Not worth the price when you can’t take a shower due to no hot water, can’t watch tv and you burn up with

It was pretty! Breakfast was wonderful

Cons:

No hot water, tv kept going in and out. Couldn’t watch a show without missing half of it. Air stopped working during the night.
