Bad, Bad, Bad Business.
I had a reservation for 3 nights for $376.95 which I was told I would have a hold of $100 on top of that for security deposit!!!
Save your time and do not get a room here, there are plenty more hotels in Bethesday for more and less charges, the headache I am going through is not worth it.

The location was excellent
The refrigerator in my room (511) made loud noises throughout the night. It seemed like it was broken (I have a video with audio if interested). As a result I was unable to sleep. I mentioned to the front desk- hopefully its addressed.

Terrible experience.
Only 1 if 3 elevators was running. So the waits were longer than necessary. They weren’t broken. They just turned two off, I guess to save money? I arrived after dinner so I went to the bar to order food and have some beers. After the first beer I was told they didn’t have any more of this basic domestic beer. So I ordered a different one and was informed that those were warm. Ordered a flatbread and was told they didn’t have those ingredients so I had to order a different one. While I was there, another person came to the bar and ask for a menu and the bartender said let me show you the items we don’t have, 5 or 6 items. It’s a small menu. Went to breakfast and my coworker ordered an omelette. They didn’t have those ingredients. This is a low amenity hotel. There are several hotels in the same area. Chose another one.
Location, safety and lovely facility.
Am disappointed that I was charged for a previous visit (in December) with my explanation that my husband had been hospitalized and in the ICU. Also was told Hilton would price-match third party by just calling Hilton directly so I could also use my Hilton Honors Points and when I called the Front Desk they said that is not correct 😔. Really like this Hotel as location is close to friends; but disappointed in no credit and miscommunication.
