Very short visit but really felt good about my visit.
Pros:

Love the streaming options of calm provided on TV. The options provided kept me relaxed and calm. Love the location and front desk very helpful in holding luggage for departure.

Cons:

Once I was in the shower, no hair conditioner in shower bottle. Had to get out of shower call hurst service but no answer. One hour later I received text message and shortly after received hair conditioner. This process was stressful.

Second time stay for conference nearby, great value
Pros:

Location and great value. Comfy bed. Walkable to metro and plenty of shops and eateries. Breakfast $16 but convenient

Cons:

Elevators are so slow. No pool here but wish there was a partnership with one for summer fun.

Just disappointed that Hilton's standards fell short. Should have issued coffee vouchers 4 Starbucks

The Hilton had no coffee in lobby. Tuesday July 21st. We ( many ) were told the manager FORGOT to order coffee! WHAT ??
