Cons:

The front desk guy was very rude to me and many other customers had a bad attitude. Even booking.com called them and said he was very rude. They gave me full refund and I book elsewhere. No one told him to work a job he does not like. I wish I could remember his name. If this review came to me earlier it would have helped. Smart remarks condescending attitude for a front facing customer role. If you're so smart why would you apply to do a job you don't like?

Nice stay in Bethesda
Pros:

1)The front desk staff were all very nice . I came in early ( 11 am ) to drop off my bag but Erica allowed me to check in so that I could leave my bag in the room without an early check in charge !
2) Close to the red line Metro !

Cons:

Breakfast was OK but not exceptional . The Marriot across the street had a better breakfast when I stayed there in September 2025 !

Bad, Bad, Bad Business.
I had a reservation for 3 nights for $376.95 which I was told I would have a hold of $100 on top of that for security deposit!!!

Save your time and do not get a room here, there are plenty more hotels in Bethesday for more and less charges, the headache I am going through is not worth it.
