Close to major destinations and easy to get around
Pros:

Walkable distance to local shops and attractions, room was spacious with power outlets and amenities. close enough to see all the major attractions of Bangkok in a day, Wat Pho, Arun Temple, Grand Palace, Rooftop sunset bar, then Chinatown!
Was in Bangkok for two nights and it was perfect.

Clean and functional
Pros:

The room is a good size, the shower had good pressure and warm water. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. This was a functional stop for us as we had to visit an office in the area. We'd happily stay here again if we were in this area. Oh, and it's a short walk to the metro. It ticked all our boxes.

Понравилось, что предыдущие замечания были исправлены (хотя бы частично). Это радует. Нас заселили на 2 часа раньше срока и этот раз не водили из корпуса в корпус по улице, а провели внутренней тропинкой и помогли довезти вещи. В целом отель идеально расположен, на мой взгляд. И у него шикарный бассейн (хоть и в здании напротив - зато совершенно пустой большой и с шикарными видами). Завтраки в этот раз не брали, так как в прошлый раз они не впечатлили совсем. И это было правильно - рядом есть хорошее место с тайской едой с 7 утра

La habitación esta cómo escondida de dentro de unos pasillos , y la recepción muy lejos … es como que no interactuas nunca con el personal del hotel , salvo cuando llegas y cuando te vas .

Polite staff but the owners could do with carrying out maintenance
Pros:

The staff were pleasant enough. The room was dark and the air conditioning worked. the bed was ok as were the pillows. Breakfast is provided by the restaurant next door but the choice was limited so we ate elsewhere.

Cons:

The sellotape holding down the broken flooring, the drawer in the console that opened by itself. The shower temperatures available were tepid or cold. Some of the plugs in 310 did not work. Furniture was scratched and overall the room was tired. For the price we paid on booking.com we made a poor choice!

Great stay in a perfect location with a few minor areas for improvement.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to everything. The room was spacious, and the shower was big, too. I also really enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. Friendly staff helped with early checkin and the inhouse-supermarket was a big plus. Overall, the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable 2 nights-stay, especially considering the good price. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

A few small areas for improvement: the WiFi connection in my room was a bit weak at times, and the air conditioning was slightly noisy. The gym could also benefit from a bit more regular maintenance and cleaning. Overall, nothing major, just minor points to improve the experience further.
