It was better than many. We appreciated the warm items.

Cons:

A lack of signage. I went to the third floor for ice but had no idea on which side the ice machine was. The breakfast coffee could have been warmer.

Several issues with our stay.
Pros:

Location to The Rocket museum was good.

Cons:

Needed an extra bath towel because room had only 3. We had a party of 4. They had no extras.

Hallway on second floor smelled of old cigarettes. Hotel claims it's non smoking

The sofabed had a nasty stain and front desk said to use the sheets to cover it. Well, yeah, still nasty and needs to be cleaned.

The sofabed is not a true sofabed and not comfortable for an adult. Also, not big enough for 2 adults or and adult+child.

We had to buy an air mattress so we could all sleep comfortably.
