Very good

Property was clean and staff were friendly. The restaurant was very good.

A little out of the way but a beautiful clean hotel. Bar/restaurant were pricy (€5 soft drink) in relation to the price of a room. Can be walked but more likely you will want a taxi to get back to town.

Was very clean. Staff was friendly had complementary breakfast every morning and options to dine in.

Nothing nearby in walking distance and food options were limited outside of the breakfast buffet

Excellent hotel for Cruise passengers. Was most impressed with shuttle service to the port (for a fee). Taxis are not the easiest to find in Ravenna so the shuttle was perfect. Like the tip I read ensure you book the shuttle as soon as you checkin as it gets full quickly.

Beautiful hotel, convenient to St Marks Square

This hotel worked for us as we readied for our Celebrity Cruise. However, it is out of town in an industrial area and had no access to restaurants, shops or transportation. Fortunately, they had a restaurant at the hotel that we dined at that had a pretty decent dinner and breakfast. They also arranged a shuttle for us that took us to the port where we got on our cruise ship.

Stayed here overnight before boarding a cruise. The hotel was updated. Staff extremely helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic and affordable
Located close driving distance to the train station and cruise terminal, however not close to anything else in terms of a walkable distance. Great for an overnight stay. If you want to experience more of the city and be closer to city centre or seaside maybe choose another option.

The front desk provided outstanding services, the restaurant food is delicious, and the wait staff was terrific!!!!

El hotel muy bueno solo a 2 millas del centro pero los taxis cobran casi €20, una locura, te comienzan la carrera con €5 y despues te agregan otros €5 ,de la estacion de tren al hotel €20 y si es al.puerto otra exageracion, pero el hotel con el mejor A/C de toda Italia

The hotel was clean, staff very responsive and helpful, restaurant breakfast and dinner was good with lots of variety. Wifi worked. Lots of outlets. The only negatives were there was no iron (front desk provided one), the hair dryer in the room didnt work (front desk provided another one) and location. It was not city center and you had to take expensive taxis everywhere.

The hotel was good but there is absolutely nothing around it in the industrial area. The staff was fine … a little detached … but for our waiter who was excellent. There is a restaurant open a few hours a day but you must reserve in advance.
