Pros:

From check in to check out the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Pros:

Unfortunately the property showed an indoor pool in the pictures, but the property did not have any type of pool. It was very disappointing for my kids. The purpose of staying at the property was bc of the pool.

it was very nice and clean.

Cons:

was very disappointed because there was no pool and when i booked online on booking . com it had pictures with a pool so we did not enjoy the stay only stayed one night because we arrived in the evening and it was also non refundable 🤬and the young lady stated cant go off bookings pictures because they use universal photos it’s definitely a lesson learned but a waste of money and family time!!

Useless and incompetent staff.
Pros:

My stay was terrible because the staff gave me wrong information. They confirmed the had outlets outside for slow charging on an EV and also sent me pictures. They wouldn't give me a refund to go to another hotel on arrival.
