Pros:

Шикарный отель, сервис на высшем уровнем. Все очень любезные и гостеприимные! Повара и шеф-повара просто восхитительны. Кухня прекрасная. Горничные молодцы, стараются, официанты тоже.

Cons:

Хочется, чтобы курение было запрещено в ресторанах и у бассейнов. В общественных зонах, где есть гости с детьми и непереносящие запах табака люди, курение должно быть запрещено! Обратите на это внимание, пожалуйста!

Очень понравилось.
Pros:

Чисто. Осень ухоженная территория. Птички, рыбки, бурундучки. Отличные ужины. Несколько раз в неделю накрывают на побережье. Свежайшие рыба и морепродукты. Вино белое холодненькое типа савиньон. Восторг. Шеф следит за кухней очень хорошо. Уборка номеров-топ. Водичка напиточки каждый день пополняют. Была со сломанной ногой. Предоставили хорошую инвалидную коляску. Есть пара русскоговорящих ребят. Помогают решить любой вопрос. Спасибо огромное Азату и Полине.

Buen hotel
Pros:

La habitación y el desayuno que es fabuloso.Es un pequeño resort y no está aislado como otras zonas.

Cons:

La playa es de coral y no está demasiado cuidada de limpieza. El hotel solo dispone de un pequeño espacio lejos de la orilla con unas ocho tumbonas. En este sentido, si lo que se quiere es mar y playa son más recomendables otras zonas de la isla como Yalong Bay. Pero tal vez sea estupendo para snorkel y otras actividades.Las piscinas del hotel están bien.

Pros:

Расположение отеля — это его главный козырь. При всех минусах, которых достаточно много, отель находится в бухте (или заливе), где достаточно хорошо купаться, есть тенёк под пальмами. В отеле хороший бассейн с лежаками и красивая территория. Хороший разнообразный завтрак, но по китайским меркам. Очень большие номера с большими террасами.

В отеле есть русскоговорящий персонал, благодаря ему отдых намного комфортнее, вопросы решаются быстро. Особое спасибо Евгении: действительно, она помогала решить любой вопрос — от выбора ресторана до уборки в номере и других проблем. И хотя работала она не каждый день, на связи была постоянно, тем самым мы ей очень благодарны за решение многих вопросов.

Cons:

Отель старый. Я покупал два номера: один очень старый, другой с ремонтом, но в целом нет ощущения, что живёшь в «Интерконтинентале». Нам предложили поменять, показали кучу вариантов и даже клубный номер, но минусов оказалось больше, чем плюсов.

Из минусов отеля: завтрак хоть и неплохой, но само помещение — столовка, где гремят ложками, как в пионерском лагере. На улице лучше, но придёт какая-нибудь особа и начнёт курить — это испортит не только завтрак, но и настроение на весь день.

Не понравилось, что за завтраком не предлагают принести кофе или напитки: в основном все ходят сами. Такое я вижу впервые в сети «Интерконтиненталь».

Но что нужно отдать должное — это действительно курортный отель, где можно отдохнуть 4–6 дней (максимум). Цену я считаю завышенной, потому что сейчас живу в другом отеле: он более чем в два раза дешевле и по многим позициям лучше — и по чистоте, и по новизне.

Pros:

The service was amazing, all the staff were friendly and genuinely eager to help or solve any guest's problem. Special thanks to Evgenia, she made our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool and lagoon were excellent. The ocean was a little muddy on some days, but that was due to the winds or waves. The rooms had everything you need.

Cons:

The buffet is great, but nothing changes during the week for breakfast and dinner - it gets boring after a few days.
Some things, like renting a tennis court, require a fee - I've never seen that in hotels of this category.

Relaxing seaside stay with excellent service
Pros:

As a frequent IHG guest, I chose to stay at InterContinental Sanya Resort (Xiaodonghai area) - and was very pleased.

The hotel is comfortable, with a well-maintained territory, nice rooms, and solid breakfasts. We stayed on the 11th floor - the view was amazing, and the room itself was excellent.

I’d especially like to highlight Azat (Kenny). He speaks Russian/English and was genuinely helpful in many situations: assisting with taxis, explaining details about the hotel, helping with laundry, and quickly resolving any issues. Thanks to him, our stay was much smoother and more comfortable. Such people is the reason that makes me and me wife truly appreciate the IHG brand.

P.S. We’d be happy to return again.

Отличный отель с прекрасным персоналом. Особенно понравились девушка Женя и мужчина Азат. В сравнении с другими отелями
Pros:

Великолепный персонал, всегда помогут и подскажут. В случае любых вопросов касаемо проживания, реагировали моментально. Очень помогли Женя и Азат (Kenny), в любое время суток были на связи и делали все для хорошего отдыха. Большая территория отеля, можно прогуляться, есть фитнес зал. Вкусная пивоварня с хорошей едой. Понравился ужин с морепродуктами и вином (который проходит с четверга по субботу). Бухта относительно Дадунхая более уединенная, без загонов (буйков)

Cons:

Позднее заселение, заход в море с большими камнями, иногда море было грязное. Без аквасоков купаться невозможно. Отель не новый, это заметно, но в целом все функционировало на должном уровне.

Был ранний выезд, сотрудник сказал на кануне сообщить (напомнить) о сухом пайке, напомнили! Но его нам не предоставили, рейс был задержан и он бы очень пригодился.
Номер не соответствовал заявленному, душ на воздухе (тропический) был закрыт стеклянной дверью, место душа было в сухой траве и листьях.
Лежаки от отеля отсутствуют на пляже. Только платные…

Sehr schönes geschmackvolles Hotel mit großen Zimmern und schönen Blick. Tolles Spa!

Cons:

Das Personal. Unfreundlich, desinteressiert, langsam, vor allem in den Restaurants. Niemand spricht Englisch, auch nicht die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sehr umständliche Konversation mit Übersetzungs Apps- die nicht mit Freundlichkeit kompensiert wird. Ein Lächeln zur Begrüßung wäre nicht zu viel. Ausgenommen sind die Mitarbeiterinnen im Spa, sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich, tolle Massagen

Generally good, but not the level of the 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Helpful and friendly stuff, location, comfortable weather in March.

Cons:

Beach is not the best, a bit dirty and rocky, so swimming is limited. Food was generally good, but many pork dishes, especially soups and dumplings. It would be good to have non pork alternatives.
