Good overnighter for early morning or late arrival flights
Pros:

Great airport stay
Pros:

Great location very close to the airport & there is a mall & Woolworths directly across the road, the rooms are so quiet, cannot hear any road noise at all. Great facilities within the hotel, we ate at the restaurant & the food was good, service was great.

Cons:

Just the price, quite expensive but otherwise all good.

Great location, good sized room.
Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff at check in and check out during this stay were great.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was not monitored and children were picking up, dropping and returning food to the open trays. Staff were not responsive to refilling bread or replacing glasses when there were none available.

Convenient Location - Wonderful Customer Service
Pros:

We are regular travelers to Australia, and until recently were able to break our journey overnighting in Brisbane with friends. They have now returned to New Zealand so we needed to find an alternative. Happily we have found the Novatel at Brisbane Airport. It is a quick and very reasonably priced taxi ride from the airport and with advance check in available, getting your key card is simple and quick. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Where the Novatel really shines though is in the bar and restaurant. Connor at the bar was fantastic. His friendly, helpful and very slick service was appreciated, he was very busy but always smiling and chatty. When we were ready to eat Nick showed us to a table and then Ryan took over the table service. Ryan is a cheerful character, we loved his style very much. It is obvious that these guys love their jobs and enjoy looking after their guests with top notch customer service. They make a great team and are a real asset to the Novatel. We are very much looking forward to coming to stay on our next trip over the ditch.
