We would definitely stay there if we come to Brisbaine again
Pros:

The location is very convenient and close to the airport. The rooms are spacious, with the added benefit of on-site parking. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the restaurant served good food, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.

Cons:

We don't have anything to dislike this hotel

Disappointing & not as convenient as you would expect.

Cons:

The room was very basic for the price & the corridors etc quite shabby. I selected this hotel for convenience to get to the international airport but it didn't turn out to be convenient at all. The shuttle service operating from the hotel was not convenient either. The booking system wouldn't work on my phone and staff couldn't help so I had to turn up without a booking, pay cash (& not get change) and then the shuttle took 30 minutes to drop me off in an inconvenient part of the international terminal - it drove past international turnoff and went to IBIS then domestic terminal and then back to international. Better to book & stay ay IBIS! Considering the price paid to stay at Novotel I believe the shuttle should have been free & gone to international terminal first. We had a rental car to drop off the night before leaving at the airport and this also wasn't straight-forward as the only way to get from the airport to hotel at night was in a taxi which cost over $25!

Very friendly team at reception both at check in and my 4am check out.
Pros:
