Not really happy
Cons:

As soon as we walked in our room all you could smell was sewage it was disgusting. Couldn’t stay in there and had to leave room.

Overpriced for an awful shabby damp room
Pros:

It was close to the airport

Cons:

When I arrived I was told the carpet in the room was still a bit wet. It was soaking and I couldn’t get to the bed without wading through the wet area. The shower wasn’t warm at all and in the morning I woke to water leaking from the ceiling of the bathroom and onto the floor making it an ice skating ring. Worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Above expectations
Pros:

We had a great time at Novotel Brisbane Airport. Rooms were good and the hotel is conveniently located close to airport and cruise terminal.
Excellent breakfast with very friendly service from Anthony and his colleagues. Overall, a very good and kid friendly experience.
